We loved our stay here! Beautiful, expansive property with lots of greenery, wildlife, pools, and beach options. Tons of variety for food and entertainment. We especially enjoyed the spa and padel courts. Highly recommend!

I recently celebrated my seven-year wedding anniversary with a 5-night stay at TRS Yucatan hotel, and it exceeded all expectations. The staff's exceptional trea**ent made our experience truly memorable. Special kudos to the remarkable team at El Gaucho—Amayde Cruz, Ingrid Martinez, and our outstanding waiter, who we unfortunately did not get the name of, along with Fernanda Pichardo. Rosa from Villa 70 treated us to 5 star trea**ent, cleaning our room and doing turn down service everyday with the highest quality. Our butlers (Emilio, Estefanía and Daniel) were also really phenomenal! The resort surprised us with a lavish dinner on our last evening, making us feel like royalty. The tranquil and peaceful a**osphere added to the perfection of our stay. Highly recommend for a special occasion or a luxurious getaway! Thank you to the whole TRS team for the most spectacular time and making us feel like royalty every single day!

This is a group of hotels. There are three or four hotels combined. Some are suitable for families, and some are only open to adults. The hotel is very large and needs to take a sightseeing bus to go back and forth to various places. The facilities can be used with each other, and the activities are very rich. There is a housekeeper downstairs in each building to take care of all the needs of the customers in this building! The service was excellent! After 8:00 every morning, the butler will arrange the whole day's activities schedule, restaurant opening hours and various concerts, and send all the activity time to everyone, which is very considerate! There are plenty of activities every day! There are twenty different restaurants in the hotel group to choose from, all inclusive, very thoughtful! There are also many activities every night, music performances, various parties! Arrangements around the clock! The coastline is also very long, and there are also inland lakes crisscrossing the interior. The scenery is very good! Great for a family vacation!

The staff are all very nice but the food selection is not too great. The wait times for transportation just to move around the resort is not too good. Additionally, not having wifi or power for hours at a time was unacceptable. I was not given any kind of accommodation just a “we are sorry” I stayed at the adult only resort but RIGHT outside of my room was a kids/family pool which I was not expecting.

The "io" Bar at the TRS Yucatàn Hotel is an oasis of joy and sophistication in the heart of Mexican paradise. During my two weeks here, I had the pleasure of getting to know Marcos, Hugo, Adrian, Maria and Miguel, the fantastic bartenders who made every visit an unforgettable experience. Their friendliness, availability, and constant smile made time at the bar a true pleasure. In addition to serving impeccable cocktails, they also enriched my experience with their conversations and patience in helping me practice my Spanish, learning new words every day! ¡Muchas gracias!
