The room is big, the sanitary conditions are good, very clean, the location is too remote, it is very inconvenient to go out without a car, the hotel can only send a car, there is no Uber, the transportation is not convenient, you can only eat in the hotel, it is very inconvenient, the most terrible thing is that this hotel must give a tip if you consume in the restaurant, usually 15%, the problem is that the food is so-so, but the tip is collected very actively I don't recommend this hotel, the transportation is inconvenient, tip the hotel, ask the waiter to bring a bottle of water, the waiter will take the initiative to give you the tip you want, the dinner in the restaurant Kitchen is very salty, the taste is so-so, it is not recommended to eat dinner in the Kitchen, it is expensive and not delicious, the stay experience is very bad, not recommended 👎👎👎 Staying in this type of hotel is like being slaughtered

If you are not a fan of the Edition, you have no reason not to choose the St. Regis next door. The Maya Edition is very exquisite but the price-performance ratio is extremely poor. The restaurant is very expensive and the food is terrible. The hotel does not have a butler, but as an edition, it is top-notch and very beautiful.

Hotel muy moderno con instalaciones muy lindas,desde la entrada te das cuenta que es un lugar maravilloso, el desayuno en Kitchen muy rico y la comida en Sool fresca y original. Muchas gracias a Luis de Botones que nos estuvo atendiendo de una manera muy profesional y divertida. a Flor en Sool que nos recibió y atendió a toda la familia, muchos más que mencionar, los veremos de nuevo muy pronto y felicidades por este maravilloso hotel!!

La estrella de nuestra estadia, fue sin duda Igor, quien nos atendio de maravilla previo a la llegada y nos dio la mas calurosa bienvenida! Siempre con la mejor actitud y amabilidad. Los bell boys, todos nos brindaron siempre una sonrisa y nos hiciieron sentir a gusto al llegar al hotel. Excelente trabajo por parte de todo el departamento. En el desayuno, disfrutamos mucho de la atencion. En especial de Agram quien con su personalidad tan divertida nos alegraba las mañanas, y por supuesto, Ana quien fue muy eficiente y nos ayudo muchisimo con los alimentos que podiamos consumir. Cynthia y Vanessa en concierge nos atendieron espectacular con diferentes requests, y siempre con profesionalismo y eficiencia. En la recepcion, disfrutamos mucho de la atencion de Francisco y Nadia, quienes tambien nos hicieron sentir en casa. En la piscina, Baker y Carlos se aseguraron de que la pasemos espectacular, platicando con nuestos hijos y dandonos diferentes recomendaciones para que no las pasemos super bien. Los drinks los preparaban siempre con mucho cariño y de manera muy especial según nuestras necesidades. Estamos muy agradecidos con ellos! nuestro ultimo almuerzo en el hotel tuvimos la oportundiad de ordenarlo a traves del Chef Gonzalo. El almuerzo lo recibimos a tiempo, caliente y super delicioso! La familia entera gozo de este almuerzo y nos vamos con muchas ganas de regresar
