Chable Maroma is a special place. It is one property of a Mexico based hotel group, and they do it right. Intimate property, high service, without pretense. The food was authentic high end dishes inspired by different regions of the country. The sommelier was helpful and on point with creative and tasty selections. The rooms were spacious and up to date and quite a nice oasis. Perfect for a romantic stay. I would say the place is more of an adults place, though we did see a young child or two. Not an issue. Patrons at the place were very nice, and valued privacy. Five star stay all the way.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Chable Maroma. The location is peaceful luxury, right on the beach, away from all the other hotels. Our room was super comfortable with lots of space and a private terrace and pool. Loved the natural surroundings and sense of tranquility. The staff were five star with a level of kindness and skill that's hard to find. Every meal was delicious, and cocktails top notch. A special shout out to their rooms division manager, Magali, who went out of her way to make sure that we had an unforgettable, happy vacation. We didn't leave the hotel for the 9 days of our stay. Highly recommend a visit!

Hace unos días me hospedé en Chablé Maroma y la pasé increíble. Lo que realmente me impresionó fue la atención en el front desk. Desde que llegamos, el personal fue superamable y atento. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa desde el primer minuto y se aseguraron de que todo estuviera perfecto. Nos dieron excelentes recomendaciones sobre qué hacer y estuvieron siempre disponibles para ayudar con cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. La verdad, su trato hizo que nuestra estancia fuera aún mejor. Si buscas un hotel con un servicio al cliente de primera, definitivamente recomiendo Chablé Maroma. ¡Fue una experiencia fantástica!

Had an amazing time, Magali and her team at the front desk are so thoughtful they go above and beyond for the guest! Definitely will be back! Thank you for finding coatis for us to take home, it meant the world for them! The beach is gorgeous one of the best we’ve seen

El hotel está muy bien, se nota que están mejorando la administración y atención al cliente. La comida si necesita una mayor atención ya que los precios están muy altos, para la comida que te sirven que no está muy buena en general. Nosotros no tenemos problema con pagar comida cara, pero que realmente esté buena para que uno disfrute lo que está pagando.

La tranquilidad, la privacidad y comodidad en las habitaciones, el servicio del personal, su playa, sus instalaciones, todo esta increíble. El SPA es uno de los mejores que he visitado, es muy completo y esta impecable. El restaurante Bu'ul no fue la excepción, tiene la mejor experiencia culinaria con platillos típicos de México pero con un toque único, les recomiendo tomar el maridaje especial que ofrecen para cada platillo, la experiencia se vuelve 100 veces mejor.

The property is beautiful to walk through and the suite was quiet and very lovely to stay in. However, we could look at the pool suite diagonal from us so had guests been staying there, it would not have been private for either guests. Small bamboo or grass walls attached to the corner of the pools would easily solve that problem, similar to the ground suites. The staff, especially in the restaurants and around the pool, are the nicest people and we enjoyed getting to know some of them. Service was excellent throughout the resort. Be prepared for a windy beach and higher than normal costs for food and drinks except beer was more reasonable. Purchase alcohol at the airport or on your way to the resort. Overall, a wonderful place to put your feet up for awhile, guests mostly keep to themselves so this is not a party place but a place to relax and rejuvenate. The resort offers limited transportation choices which are costly so be prepared to look for alternate choices. We used the resorts transportation at $390 USD (book well in advance) and it was really nice but there are more affordable ways to get to and from.
