Service is definitely not 5 star hotel. A hotel worker accidentally took my t shirt and instead of just brining it back started arguing.
Food is expensive and not that great. My advice is just use room service for breakfast, it will be cheaper and more options compare to their buffet menu.

The property was amazing. We really enjoyed the way the hotel integrated with the surrounding environment to make you feel like you were staying in a tropical rainforest and not just a resort. That said, the resort was outstanding and the staff extremely friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quiet (albeit family friendly) getaway in an exotic but safe location. One suggested improvement would be some common areas aside from restaurants/bars in the event of rainy weather.

El lugar es un verdadero paraíso, mi estancia fue por 4 días 3 noches y quedé enamorado. El servicio, la comida de todos los restaurantes es excepcional. Tauro fue unos de mis favoritos y el bar cielo vivieras en atardecer Mágico, el personal del hotel es sumamente amable y todo está implacable siempre. Un 10 redondo. Volvería sin pensarlo. Pase un gran momento en el hotel.

Rien à reprocher aux infrastructures : les chambres sont parfaitement agencées dans un ensemble végétal naturel et soigné avec à la clé l'observation d'animaux exotiques. Bar, restaurant, piscine, tout est aménagé avec goût, un véritable havre de paix. On peut regretter parfois un personnel un peu junior. Le all inclusive est coûteux et malheureusement on découvre en fin de séjour des charges additionnelles facturées, dommage pour l'impression finale
