Our stay at the Grand Palladium was wonderful, we stayed at the Kantenah facility. The rooms were tastefully decorated and centrally located to the resort main facilities. The staff was so attentive, whether in the lobby area, the restaurants, pool, beach, it didn't matter. Lots of restaurants, live music throughout the day, I can't find fault with any of it.

Mis vacaciones fueron buenas, tuvimos unos incovenientes para nuestra habitacion, ya que mi esposa y yo somos algo viejos y actualmente las bañeras son muy altas, Andrea y Anold de travel siempre nos asistieron y nos dieron varias opciones y siempre estuvieron pendiente de mi y su esposa, cuando hice mi salida Javier fue muy amable y rapido para darnos la salida y nos ayudo con nuestro transporte, ya que casi lo perdemos porque se nos hiso un poco tarde, el club de la playa es increible, me la pase mas tiempor ahi que en mi habitacion Adela nos trato muy bien, simpre con una sonrisa, sin duda volveremos en Octubre pero a trs, ya que tenemos mas opciones que si solo estamos en kantena y tenemos ir a donde sea, eso no nos gusto mucho que no podiamos ir a todos lados, pero en lo demas no nos podemos quejar

It was my first all inclusive staying and when I thought I could feel bored staying 1 week closed in a hotel, oh boy how I was wrong. There were plenty of activities, distractions, drinks, it is a big place to walk around, giant pools.

Tout est dans la deco, mais la nourriture est horrible buffets et restaurants, ménage très moyen chambres et restaurants. On doit demander tous les jours des serviettes et le remplissage du mini bar Nous avions une offre de 1500 pesos à dépenser en extra mais comme nous n’avons pas demandé un coupon d’échange en arrivant la remise n’a pas été appliquée à la sortie, c’est du vol !

Hace 9 años estuvo mi hermano, en este viaje teníamos las expectativas muy altas, nos contaba cosas maravillosas, ahora después del Cobi han bajado mucho la calidad de la comida y bebidas, si quieres importación tienes que abonar 11€ solo por el alcohol, el mini bar escaso, falta Coca Cola y cerveza primeras marcas, Corona solo 1, los snack no los reponían siempre.
