Magnífico complejo para desconectar. Isaac fue un animador genial que nos integró desde el primer momento e hizo que nos lo pasáramos genial. Ojalá algún podamos volver a repetir.

No geral o hotel é muito bom, a piscina, os espaço o staff é simpatico, a comida e optima, a localização é muito boa, a praia com um pontão e com a dinamica inter-hoteis é espetacular. Recomendo apenas em terem também a lingua portuguesa entre as demais (ementas e afins), e reforçarem a equipa de animação.

Cuarta estancia en el complejo, segunda en el Maya Caribe y esta vez acompañada de mi hijo de 6 años. Sabía que por las instalaciones, ubicación, calidad y sobretodo el trato de todo el personal iba a ser un acierto seguro y así fue. Cierto es que quizás por cercanía a la piscina infantil principal debería haber pedido el Colonial pero estábamos a cinco minutos y los paseos son maravillosos. De igual modo sigo pensando que esta es la mejor zona del complejo, las instalaciones y sobre todo la animación de la piscina Caribe son excelentes, el punto menos bueno siguen siendo las habitaciones anticuadas y con un bastante deficiente mantenimiento sobre todo de los baños y la limpieza regular la verdad pero la ubicación excelente, es el hotel más centrado del complejo y han cumplido mis peticiones de piso alto y cercanía a la piscina en el edificio Sayil. Volveremos sin duda! Gracias a todo su equipo y una vez más Bravo por Barceló

Hemos pasado unos días geniales en nuestro aniversario de boda, la gastronomía, las excursiones, el hotel en su conjunto y los cócteles!!! Pero si hay algo que es para no olvidar es el equipo de animación, todos y cada uno de ellos, que me olvidaré de alguno, nos han hecho pasar unos días de piscina increíbles,’la gran betty aunque ella se denomina pequeña, el gran Isaac, siempre atento y un gran bailarín, nuestra Janet siempre con una sonrisa y atenta, y como no, la chica rubia de jersey rojo!! Jajaja que regala a cuentagotas los tuerquin!!!! Volveremos una vez más!!!

Nice hotel, perfect seashore. Sand on the beach must be improved, soil is very rocky. Staff is very friendly, Janet and Jaidyd were organising beach volleyball matches with lot of people

We just got back from a week at the Caribe. We had a fantastic holiday. We upgraded from junior suite swim up to bigger suite swim up. We absolutely loved it. Our room was cleaned everyday and the fridge was stocked. We made sure to leave a tip for the staff. The staff working at the premium lounge were always very helpful, quick checkin and checkout. They were all awesome! Joel Hernandez at the Caribe buffet was so wonderful. Every morning he’d make sure I had my Mexican coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. I can’t say enough about the staff that work at the buffet. Everyone was so wonderful. The pools were awesome and I loved the aqua fit classes. This resort is so clean. We travelled with 55 people for my nephews wedding and none of us got sick. I would definitely go back. Thanks to westjet vacations for the awesome flights there and back direct to Ottawa. *****

We really enjoyed our time at the resort at the end of our trip through Mexico. It’s a perfect way to enjoy Mexican sun and music. The resort is very clean, the rooms are spacious and there is much space around the pools. Very nice views on the beach. The staff is very friendly, especially at the buffet and the pool. Muchas gracias to Isaac at the pool for the nice conversations!

Pool staff at Caribe are the best!! Very entertaining and always on point they even remember our names! Restaurant food is amazing. Issac is especially amazing from the entertainment team! Some issues with our room but was always corrected promptly
