Casa Kaoba is a nice hotel. I stayed here for one night. The location is quite far from everything but it’s very peaceful. The breakfast was good with Mexican and western options. The room and bathroom were spacious. The only thing I had a problem with was the scum on the bathroom shower head. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

Las habitaciones muy limpias excelente ubicación. La alberca eiquisima la temperatura de el agua y amplio horario tiene desayuno imcluido la comida es Buena y la cena muy rica en general todo super bonito y buena atención a precios muy accesibles yo lo remiendo ampliamente

For the price, I found the stay to be adequate for a frugal travelers needs. Its about a 15 minute bike ride to centro Playa Del Carmen, with a nice pathway on the opposite side of the hiway to take you there. (This will also take you to Xplor, Xcaret). They also have a bike rack outside which was nice.
The daily breakfast buffet was a highlight and very nourishing.
The pool and jacuzzi were available, but I personally never used them as I much preferred the beach.
Seemed to have ample parking if you rented a car as well.
Would stay here again if the opportunity arose.
All the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming!
