Buen hotel con mal staff que parece que no le interesan los huéspedes. En mi impresión, salen adelante con las ofertas para extranjeros, pero no considero que valga lo que cuesta. He visitado hoteles más caros con experiencias mucho mejores. El complejo mayormente bien, con amenidades que no encuentras en cualquier hotel. Sería mi quinta o sexta opción para regresar a esta zona de la Riviera Maya.
La playa inmejorable, aunque no había salvavidas después de las 17:00. Es una muy buena zona para practicar snorkel. También es muy amplia la playa, no tienen servicio de bebidas en la playa, lo cual afecta sustancialmente la experiencia. Los bares de las albercas bastante mediocres, el grupo de animación súper bien.
La habitación excelente, amplia, limpia y mayormente funcional

Beautiful resort stay! Welcomed with a drink, they helped us make dinner reservations for each night. A nice birthday cake was delivered to our room as my sister and I went on this trip for our birthdays. Very clean, beautiful and comfortable resort. Buffet and restaurants were delicious. Beach was beautiful.

Property was great! But make sure you book your own transportation to and from the airport and stay away fro Mexico Travel Solutions, this was a booking from Speedy Shuttle! So do not select that as an option!
I booked my transportation in advance so I could relax on vacation, MTS got my flight information wrong and booked me for a 7:40am pick up for a 2:30pm flight! 6 hours at the airport in advance is unacceptable! When I reached out to their team 4 days in advance, I was given the run around with miscommunication and the issues was not fixed! I was refunded $57 just to turn around and have to book a last minute taxi for $97! I lost hours of my vacation/beach time as well as $40! I am unhappy with this result as any of you would be yet I was treated like this was all my fault! I want to make sure people know to stay away from MTS as an incompetent company that could leave you stranded without transportation and you could loose precious vacation/relaxation time!
