El departamento en soberbio, con todo tipo de comodidades como jacuzzi, cocina enorme estacia con sala comedor para mas de 10 personas y una vista espectacular al completo pero a la vez con mucha privacidad. Fuimos dos familiar y sin problema cupimos en las 3 recámaras. Un plus es que además del departamento espectacular, se tiene acceso a todos los servicios de Fairmont Mayakoba como club de playa, albercas, bicicletas, buggy para moverse dentro Mayacoba, restaurantes y palapas. Heritage cuenta con espacios independiente solo para residentes o quienes alli se hospedan y los mantiene separados para dar mayor privacidad. Un lugar excepcional a precio razonable para familias grandes o más de una familia.

El hotel muy bien, Heritage, deja mucho que desear por lo que pagué vs lo que me dieron. El resort es un lugar único, los restaurantes de primer nivel, la playa espectacular y los servicios de primera, pero específicamente Heritage, pareciera un lugar diferente, no hay todos los detalles del hotel mi el cuidado por los huéspedes, mas bien parece uno abandonado aunque al reservar te dicen que es lo mismo.

The hotel is fantastic, ideal for families with spacious, comfortable apartments. Their room service is super awesome, and the staff are superb. I appreciate the long jogging path and the convenient transfers to the beach and other amenities within the complex, making it diverse and enjoyable.

This may be one of the greatest places to be in all of Mexico. The service and facilities are amazing. My family really likes it here. I highly recommend the tuna tostada or garlic shrimp. Food is really exceptional. Brissey, Angel and Dulce are the best!

The breakfast/lunch is delicious and very affordable compared to hotel restaurants. Very good service from staff and heritage place has the best pool in all Mayakoba. Very private and great for families. If you have a small family Fairmont Heritage Place is THE spot.

We had an excellent experience with our butler Alejandro. He was extremely accommodating and helpful and made our stay so pleasant! We had an amazing time by the beautiful beach and enjoyed the variety of restaurants the resort had to offer.

The resort and pools are beautiful and we always had room at the pools, the room was very nice as well. The downfall is the food quality, luckily we did not choose the all inclusive package so we were able to eat off site. The adjoining resort the Banyan Tree has much better quality food, we ate at the Thai and Italian restaurants at the Banyan Tree and they were excellent. It’s a quick walk or golf cart ride to the restaurants at the neighboring resort.
