Great location and great staff however the hotel is dated. A small hotel with only 1 restaurant but good food and service. Great place to stay for 1-2 days only, any longer and you will get bored.

They offer buffet and the days that we stayed there they never served dinner, only snacks. Jacuzzis didn’t work, have a good view but it’s difficult get the beach, one of the days didn’t have WATER SERVICE!!! Was price for the service that we received

If you need to relax, it is a good place, too quiet for me, the room is spacious and the view is spectacular, the hotel in general needs good maintenance, more variety of food and drinks, the staff is pleasant, I recommend having a rental car to visit the surroundings. I wouldn't spend more than 4 days there.

What we enjoyed was it was quiet. We love children, but not someone else kids screaming when you want to relax on vacation. Senses Riviera is a small resort with less choices than the big resorts, but was a relaxing change with out the long walks to get the restaurants or lines at the bars. Two thumbs up.

FILTHY motel filled with RODENTS and TRASH. food is INEDIBLE and infested with BUGS.
First plate they sent us had 6 FLIES IN OUR FOOD.
they let us in to the room, it REEKED OF MOLD. I went straight to the front desk to tell them the BED HAD MOLD. She told me she will come by to our room soon. We had to wait for her outside of the room because the SMELL OF MOLD was so bad, it MADE OUR THROATS SORE. SHE NEVER CAME BACK TO US as she said she would. I go back to the front desk I tell her OUR ROOM STINKS. The WHOLE DAY HAS BEEN WASTED because of this.
Not one person (including the receptionist) helped us navigate the area. We saw so many RODENTS and TRASH while trying to find out where to we go. it was DISGUSTING.
Now for dinner. FOOD WAS INEDIBLE. We ordered beef AND IT WAS NOT BEEF! DISGUSTING and INEDIBLE. threw half of a RAW ONION on the plate. We were STARVING after not eating anything after the PLATE SERVED WITH BUGS. We sent it back and we left the kitchen STARVING.
We head back into the room. While getting for bed, right beside my friend's foot was a huge SCORPION!! We felt so uncomfortable, so hungry, so tired and we have had enough. I messaged them to speak to the manager right away. My friend and I packed our things and did not sleep all night. WE COULD NOT WAIT TO LEAVE THIS NASTY PLACE.
The next morning, we noticed the TOWELS AND ROBS WERE DIRTY AND HAD HAIRS ON IT. They issued a letter stating that we will get our money back AND NEVER DID!!! I AM GOING TO GET LEGAL I
