The facilities are very comfortable and clean; the food is generally good. The service is very kind, but it can be improved a lot, especially in the restaurant, because although there are not many people, it takes a long time for them to participate.

Great place to visit and relax. Lots of upgrades happening. Can’t wait to see it next time. Only 4 restaurants now but after the upgrades there will be 12. The staff and service is impeccable. Kayaking and swimming in the centers was refreshing. The private beach had clear water.

The customer service team makes this a special place to vacation. Some team members have been there years like Luis and Victor while new members like Amy in recreation and Gusto and Jefferson in Kotori all meet customers with a gracious smile and genuine pleasure to try and make your stay special. My family particularly enjoyed the Hibachis grill diner. We stayed in a refreshed room that was a nice update. The hotel is under major construction and renovation. They are working hard to minimize its distractions but you do notice and some services are not fully available. We did enjoy our stay and are looking forward to retuning when all the progress is complete.

I enjoyed the sense adventure experience. I became one with nature and feel as if I was reborn. The love I have for myself and mentally/physically shared it with my loved ones. If given the opportunity please set up a reservation; it’s worth it💕🦋

We had a great time on the resort even though there was a lot of construction going on. The evening entertainment was lots of fun for the whole family. I have to say it was the awesome staff that made our stay so special. A big big shout out to Astrid, Mariela, Meseros, Antonio, Jose, Janet, Monserrat, Alexa, Dalit, Andre….and our bartender Paola! I’m sure we’ve missed some. It just go to show how a great staff can make all the difference!!!

Great kayak trip. Swimming in cenote after kayaking was very refreshing. The water was crystal clear and cold. Richi and Mimi were our tour guides and were very friendly. We had the best time with them. The ride over was informative and they answered everyone's questions with a smile.
