I have stayed in some top hotels. This is undoubtedly the overseas hotel with the best value for money and the best service I have ever stayed in. It includes free park tickets. Other hotels pick up from the airport by shuttle bus or the like. This one is a Model Every employee around the clock is enthusiastic and serious. They also speak the best English among the Ten Days Inn in Mexico.

Absolutely amazing experience. It is pricy but worth every penny. Room was great, view is superb, and the service was top notch. All of the restaurants within the resort was beyond amazing. 11/10 would recommend.

Guillermo and Silivia were so detail oriented and checked on us daily throughout the trip to make sure we were making the most of it. Aside from that, the hotel was a 10 star in my book and exceeded every expectation. I have nothing but great things to say. Amazing, unreal and a dream come true. I would suggest everybody go experience this heaven whenever you can.

Went the first week of April for a girls trip. This place is UNMATCHED. The food is unreal, service is impeccable and the interior design is stunning. Each room gets assigned 2 butlers. Ours were Abraham and Guillermo. They both went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing time. As they called it “it’s spoiling time”. The place is worth every penny - I would come back in a heart beat. Highly recommend Estero and Ha for dinner. This resorts gives you access to all the parks but we did not use because the property was paradise and we did not want to leave.

It was our third time staying at CDLP. I have read a lot of bad reviews and I’m surprised!! It feels so good to go back and most of the staff recognizes you and treat you like royalty. Yes, we encountered a couple of drivers that didn’t even introduced themselves and were a big arrogant which has never happened before. A girl named ******** in Buffet Mercado San Juan in Arte was very rude! But I’m not letting those people ruin it for the overall experience! For the first time ever I did get sick from the food served at Tlachco Dinner, they should change the menu to something more traditional!! Kevin a bartender from the roof top pool is very rude. It looked like he was being forced to serve us and didn’t make us feel welcome!! Abraham, Guillermo our butlers were THE BEST!!!!!! Guillermo is without a doubt one of a kind, he is the most helpful and respectful person ever and every time we need something he does everything to get it to us!!! Abraham is new but he is on the right path as he was very very nice too!!! Alejandro* El Maestro de Las Bebidas* He is the Master!!!! (Bartender) He loves what he does, he makes very unique cocktails that you will not find somewhere else!! “Amor Prohibido” or Pink Drink Is the best example Cleaning Ladies and Gentlemen Yall do such a great job 👏🏼 Thank you for what you do!!! No matter what others say: Limpian estupendamente bien las habitaciones 💓
