Great hotel to stay in if you are traveling for work. Pool and jacuzzi is always a bonus. Great food in the Burgundy restaurant, but don't order Tiramusu (it's too creamy, no taste of coffee or alcohol - very bad)! Staff members are friendly, let us stay for an extra hour, which was nice.

This is my first time visiting this hotel. It is less than 10 minutes away from the airport. The overall experience is average. The hotel is quite large and has many rooms, which is suitable for temporary turnover. However, the hygiene is average and there is sand on the bed.

Me an my wife stayed for 2 nights during the BBC Gardening and food show. This is the second time here and we both have enjoyed our stay. We are both evenings and the food and price was excellent.

Booked this hotel as we were attending a concert at the nearby Resorts World Arena. After reading reviews we were expecting to be a little disappointed, we were pleasantly surprised. Free and plentiful parking. Very quick and easy check in, the lady who checked us in was very welcoming and gave us all info we needed. Room nice and clean, bed very comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities in room. Bathroom very clean. Bar and bar service great, with pricing surprisingly cheap for hotel prices. Pint of lager and a soft drink being just over £7. Bar menu available, again reasonably priced with service being speedy and very welcoming, hospitable staff. Restaurant available but tables need to be pre booked, much to our disappoin**ent we were unable to dine as tables were not available until a time we knew we would be making our way to the concert. Menu for the restaurant again, reasonably priced. 5-10 mins walk to Resorts World, exit via main entrance, turn left then follow footpath, walk under the bridge crossing the main road and a few yards on there is a gate on the left which allows entrance to Resorts World. We will definitely book this hotel again, friendly staff, speedy service and perfect location for both Resorts World and Birmingham Airport. We never used any of the leisure facilities. This is somewhere we would not hesitate to book again.
