The rooms are clean and the service is first-class. It is a real Marriott five-star environment and management service.
It is the best hotel in Soller and Mallorca. You can see the endless blue sea and sky from the cliff. The six-room on the top floor has an endless open-air swimming and taking pictures. The spa sauna and bubble bath on the third and fourth floors are superb. The views of the sea view and mountain view rooms are very refreshing. The breakfast is rich. You can have a glass of champagne and a customized breakfast with your loved ones to start a happy day! It is recommended to stay two more days from June to September to enjoy the scenery and leisure☺️

Amazing hotel! Probably the only international five star class hotell on Mallorca. Almost as good as some of the top global chains like four seasons and mandarin oriental - but not quite there yet... Special mention to Anna in the breakfast service: Amazing service and a true hospitality talent! We really enjoyed this stay.

Loved our short break at the Jumeirah, service was excelllent throughout the resort. The setting is beautiful and a short walk (downhill) to Soller Port with its array of shops, bars and restaurants - get the shuttle back to the hotel as the hill is steep! Infinity pool is stunning, with excellent service of drinks and food. Highlight is the Es Fanals fining dining restaurant, service impeccable and locally sourced produce stunning. Breakfast is abundant and high quality with stunning views over the Mediterranean. Will definitely be back!

We arrived at the hotel to be welcomed by the lovely Isabella. From check in to check out our experience was always the same - excellent. Our room was lovely and had great views of the mountains. Breakfast was excellent as the variety of foods on offer was terrific and then we met the lovely Zoe coming round the tables offering us churros and hot chocolate sauce - what could be better! Food was replenished often. The infinity pool was lovely to lie around with great views out to sea and down to Port de Soller. Also lovely food was served, we had a great club sandwich. We also loved the little bites that Zoe came around with. We made use of the shuttle bus - if full it didn't take long for the driver to come back. A great place to stay and if you have the chance don't hesitate get that room booked!

The rooftop restaurant was the best thing we did in our vacation!!! Very good service, especially Bia was tremendously customer friendly! The sushi was also super super delicious. Wine was top notch. We will definitely come back !!!!!!!!

A top-class hotel. My wife and I stayed at the end of August 2024 for 4 nights. From the moment we arrived to the time of leaving, all staff members were polite, friendly and helpful. This was our second stay at Jumeirah Mallorca and the staff warmly welcomed us back. We were made to feel at home. The views to the sea and the mountains are magnificent. The hotel facilities are excellent. The gardens are well-kept, the pool and pool areas are clean, and the spa facilities are wonderfully peaceful. Our room was excellent. There was no noise to be heard once the door was shut. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom facilities were excellent. And more than enough cupboard space! Breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of choices. Our favourite place to eat in the hotel was Es Fanals. Excellent food using local ingredients.
