The room is very comfortable and clean, starting from the arrival of security and bellboy swiftly providing assistance, the check in and check out process at the front office is also very super fast and the officers are very friendly in providing information. One hour and a half taking a train from Jogja to solo seeing my partner after a few months in a distance because of the pandemic situation. The air was so hot, but we suddenly arrive at this hotel with all of the safe introduction of hand sanitizer, distance, life touch, and the other stuff for this new normal. all of the staff there were so kind that makes us feel comfortable enough. That vibes in the room make me have a good conversation after a long time distance. The pillow and bed were so soft, kindly make a coffee and tea for our day easily in here, and also absolutely the bathroom and all of the stUff that smells so good. You know what the best part here? Right. Seeing a view of Surakarta from their window.

The hotel is strategically located in the city center, close to shopping centers and many delicious Solo culinary places.

First time staying here. The hotel is newly open in about a month, and the first Marriott's property in Surakarta region, which is located in the heart of Solo City. Got my check-in process effortlessly in the second floor and greeted by very friendly and cheerful staffs. Offered a special refreshing welcome drink with its unique taste of ginger and lime. I got my room upgraded to a corner one, this time I stayed in room 705, with a city view, and right next to the Slamet Riyadi main steeet. I could certainly feel the interior is still newly constructed and still smell the off-gassing odor when I entered the room. I love the youthful and uplifting room design, even though I am not sure that the style is for everybody. One thing to notice is the unavailability of a refrigerator inside the room, as I found out also the case as in Moxy Hotel Bandung. The noise from the main street right in front of the property is loud and disturbing, especially during mid night to dawn, when the illegal street race started and the sound of motorcycles could easily wake you up. I really hope they could fix the soundproofing quality up as I also bothered by the noise from the hallway which could easily heard from inside the room. A compact 24-hour gym is available on the roof top, made me more flexible to hit it at night time. Overall, I still feel that this property is pretty much worth for its value, and will consider to give it a second stay when I am in Solo/Surakarta next time.

Such a lovely hotel, the lobby interior and the decoration were like a Royal Palace. Very nice furniture, reception area. The Restaurant is so spacious, good set up. This inn is easy to reach. The price is also very cheap for 2+ star class. And you can order through whatsapp where there is a promotion too. The promotion is complete. The room is very large, it can be for families and can add extra beds. The food menu is mostly local food and delicious. Wifi is fast. Room amenities are also complete for 2 people. Very good

The guest feel satisfied here but they complain about the signal of the tv. The bathroom and the room is like this hotel name “Petit” that means “small/little” so, if you’re looking for a spacious bathroom, this one might not be on your list. They also served water and some tea, also coffee. It’s comfortable.

Best hotel with good ambience, entering lobby you will smells a scent of signature fragrance, friendly and polite staff will serve you to get memorable experience, hygiene protocol are applied in all area such as guest lift also at meeting room, spacious room, super clean bathroom, nice view to solo city or mountain view, Believe Alana Solo is the best 4 star hotel in the city.

The room is Okay, the facilities are excellent, they have a sauna, gym and instagram-able places. The pool is great for kids with balinese ambience. They have a playground too. The staff are friendly and quite helpful. But the restaurant sometimes runs out of plates, bowls, fork, spoon and glass. Tables are not fast enough to be cleaned. So I cannot drink or eat although the food is still available. They continue to serve the guests although the serving time is over. So I really appreciate it.

I was lucky enough to be able to book a room in Ramada at last minute with my fiance, and it was quite a memmorable memmory for us. Thus, please let us give some comprehensive review about our stay. Reception We were greeted amazingly by the front office staff and especially the supevisor, I think it was Mr. Heri, whom accomodated our needs perfectly despite our late check in and requests. But they are all very helpful and accomodating. Room Not much to say really, since our room were in the perfect location and has a balcony which was very relaxing. Not to mention that it was just one step away from the restaurant, please put into consideration that they have a bit spread out villas so it was quite a walk to reach the restaurant. And right next to us was the dummy temple which really enhance the nuances of Solo as one of the cores of Javanese culture. Although the AC wasn't really cooling, but it was hardly a deal breaker since Solo still has a cool weather especially during the rainy season. Restaurant Dinner We had a chance to try the 'Buka Puasa' dinner buffet, since we came during the Ramadan which means that most of Indonesian were fasting and they have a kind of festivities for breaking their fast each evening. However it was quite a mess on this side. The F&B clearly wasn't ready to clear up the challenges againts bunch of hungry people. So there were a lot of missing items from the buffet, such as cutleries and ice cream which my fiance expected very much, hey, we're fasting too! Haha. And the service staff couldn't quite keep up with the pace of the masses. Although I need to mention that some of the staff, the one that wear a glasses, tried to helped us so much and gave us the best possible table during the circumstances. But overall, there are rooms for improvement. Breakfast This is quite amazing actually, considering that there was only one service guy in charge for the whole time. The vibe was quite, maybe because we were there during the off season haha, but he could take care almost all of our requests amazingly. Eventhough we did request a lot of things, including towells for swimming which wasn't ready at the poolside. It's just a shame that I forgot to ask his name so I can't write it here as a recommendation. Whoever you are, I'm sorry mas bro. Keep up the good work! Public facilities Ramada surprisingly has a bunch of facilities to enjoy for the guests. Started with bike which free to use within the hotel complex, although some of the bike seems quite worn out pehaps due to exposed to the rain, swimming pool, billiard table which I can't try yet maybe next time, and the amazing garden! Oh! And they also have a gymnastic for the guests and one more private pool next to it. Howeve this pool is quite lacking in maintenance compared to the main pool So maybe we could call in advance before using this one. Overall, there are room for improvements especially on The F&B side. But it was quite an enjoyable stay since the ho
