Positif point: - location is very strategic - modern hotel - vast parking area (same area with harris hotel car park) - cheap - clean Negatif point: - even though the bed sheet clean, but the bed sheet need to change with the new one because the oldness of the stuff - the curtain can not go down - the soap at the bathroom is not enough when you and your partner bath 2x/day

One hour and a half taking a train from Jogja to solo seeing my partner after a few months in a distance because of the pandemic situation. The air was so hot, but we suddenly arrive at this hotel with all of the safe introduction of hand sanitizer, distance, life touch, and the other stuff for this new normal. all of the staff there were so kind that makes us feel comfortable enough. That vibes in the room make me have a good conversation after a long time distance. The pillow and bed were so soft, kindly make a coffee and tea for our day easily in here, and also absolutely the bathroom and all of the stUff that smells so good. You know what the best part here? Right. Seeing a view of Surakarta from their window.

The hotel is luxury minimalist. The room is quite cramped but very comfortable oh yes the air conditioner is cold, the bathroom is clean. The location is also very strategic in front of the solo singosaren. Next time I hope to stay here again

Our third time here. Clean and comfortable, the ambiance is nice. They serve various indonesian dish for breakfast. Lots of facilties such as swimming pool, gym, playground for kids etc. Its breezy here probably because theres lots of greeneries.

I stayed here for a day for a trip, the hotel location is very strategic, close to shopping malls (PGS, BTC, Klewer Market, Gede Market), but also sweep on the road concentration in front of the hotel, It's a bit difficult to cross but the hotel security guard is eager to help, for night culinary is also a lot around the hotel, enough for walking or wanting to ride a rickshaw. When entering the hotel staff warmly greets and served well, a bit unfortunately after from the lobby we passed the kiddoz pool when there were children swimming, the floor was certainly wet, Maybe it's a reconsideration of the road. In the hotel hallway twisted the candles of the Quran that soothing heart. The hotel room is quite large, the facilities are complete, there is coffee, tea and snack in the room, for worship is also available Sajadah, but I don't find the Koran like any other review, maybe with request provided. At the time we reported that there was no bath mat, the staff eagerly took them to the room. What's disturbing is because there's a renovation work (I know then there's buildings) so it sounds ”duk,” and a few times having a electrical downturn, maybe the effects of the renovation. I was lucky enough to be able to book a room in Ramada at last minute with my fiance, and it was quite a memmorable memmory for us. Thus, please let us give some comprehensive review about our stay. Reception We were greeted amazingly by the front office staff and especially the supevisor, I think it was Mr. Heri, whom accomodated our needs perfectly despite our late check in and requests. But they are all very helpful and accomodating. Room Not much to say really, since our room were in the perfect location and has a balcony which was very relaxing. Not to mention that it was just one step away from the restaurant, please put into consideration that they have a bit spread out villas so it was quite a walk to reach the restaurant. And right next to us was the dummy temple which really enhance the nuances of Solo as one of the cores of Javanese culture. Although the AC wasn't really cooling, but it was hardly a deal breaker since Solo still has a cool weather especially during the rainy season. Restaurant Dinner We had a chance to try the 'Buka Puasa' dinner buffet, since we came during the Ramadan which means that most of Indonesian were fasting and they have a kind of festivities for breaking their fast each evening. However it was quite a mess on this side. The F&B clearly wasn't ready to clear up the challenges againts bunch of hungry people. So there were a lot of missing items from the buffet, such as cutleries and ice cream which my fiance expected very much, hey, we're fasting too! Haha. And the service staff couldn't quite keep up with the pace of the masses. Although I need to mention that some of the staff, the one that wear a glasses, tried to helped us so much and gave us the best possible table during the circumstances. But overall, there are rooms for improvement. Breakfast This is quite amazing actually, considering that there was only one service guy in charge for the whole time. The vibe was quite, maybe because we were there during the off season haha, but he could take care almost all of our requests amazingly. Eventhough we did request a lot of things, including towells for swimming which wasn't ready at the poolside. It's just a shame that I forgot to ask his name so I can't write it here as a recommendation. Whoever you are, I'm sorry mas bro. Keep up the good work! Public facilities Ramada surprisingly has a bunch of facilities to enjoy for the guests. Started with bike which free to use within the hotel complex, although some of the bike seems quite worn out pehaps due to exposed to the rain, swimming pool, billiard table which I can't try yet maybe next time, and the amazing garden! Oh! And they also have a gymnastic for the guests and one more private pool next to it. Howeve this pool is quite lacking in maintenance compared to the main pool So maybe we could call in advance before using this one.
