The staff is nice and helpful. The included breakfast was very good. My only complaint was the difficulty checking in at the front door. On Mondays the front desk was closed when we arrived. If I hadn't had a friend who spoke German and was able to obtain the code and assist me with entrance, it would have been very stressful.

Friendly, welcoming staff. We were 5 friends traveling for pleasure and each room was decorated differently. The antique furniture throughout the hotel and restaurant was amazing! There were clocks everywhere and the view from the rooftop restaurant was exceptional. It was centrally located and made visiting the city of Solothurn very easy. We all enjoyed our experience and would definitely stay there again!!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Hotel Roter Turm. das Frühstück war gut, die Auswahl eher bescheiden. Es gab weder Rühreier noch Spiegeleier und auf der Käseplatte fehlte ein Weichkäse.

Wir waren eine grössere Gruppe und haben alle im Hotel übernachtet und abends in der Turmstube gegessen. Die Lage mitten in der Stadt war für uns ideal. Es war ruhig, da in der Fussgängerzone, die Ausgehmeile am Aareufer und die vielen Cafés trotzdem nicht weit entfernt. Wir haben am Abend dort gegessen. Auch das klappte reibungslos. Die Portionen waren gut bemessen und es schmeckte sehr gut. Das Personal äusserst freundlich. Auch beim Frühstücksbuffet fehlte absolut nichts. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer waren sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Gerne wieder einmal.

Der zweimalige Besuch im Hotel Restaurant Roter Turm mit 11 Personen (Freunden), resp. 31 Personen (Familienanlass) war beide Male ein Erlebnis punkto Ambiente im Restaurant La Tourelle mit seiner hervorragenden Küche und dem aufmerksamen gekonnten Service. Hiermit danken wir allen Mitarbeitern, haben sie doch viel zu einem erlebnisreichen und unvergesslichen Tag beigetragen. Die Übernachtung von 2 Personen aus USA war ebenfalls perfekt.
