I'm a very elderly traveler who spent a night at Mirabelle Inn traveling alone. From the moment I walked in the door in the evening, I felt as if I were a guest in the home of very kind and welcoming people. I was met by Tommy (there are happy references to Tommy as far as six years back in these reviews), who made everything easy for me, including opening the bottle of wine on offer in my room (a 2018 merlot-malbec-cabernet blend for $28 that was delicious). My room was more like a bedroom in a classic traditional house than a hotel room. The king bed was luxurious and the fireplace warmed the room with its cozy flames at the touch of an electric switch. Best of all: the silky beige robe to wrap up in, cocooned in the softest fluffy white fleece lining. In the morning, there was self-service continental breakfast in the breakfast room --coffee, teas, fresh fruit and Danish (appropriate for Danish Solvang!) pastries. .Rachel was at the desk, and gave me more help, getting me on my way after I had trouble installlng my trip into my phone. I will always be looking forward to being received at the Mirabelle Inn again in the future.
