However, upon check-in, there was no sofa bed in the room, not even a regular sofa! The front desk said the hotel was fully booked that day and there were no other rooms available. Since we arrived at the hotel late at night by car, feeling hungry and exhausted, we couldn't be bothered to switch rooms and ended up having to squeeze in and make do for one night."
