非常滿意的一次入住。一樓公共區域非常大，二樓還有影音廳，小童書房。

總的來説，5分衹能給2分，是我們這次松陽之行唯一不愉快的來源。
首先非常感謝老闆的熱情服務，第一天到店時幫忙把行李和隨身物品送到房間，離店幫我們把東西送到車上。我們有需求時儘快幫我們解答。但是：
1.民宿的位置較偏遠，開山路上去需要20多分鐘，如果不是想住在民宿裏深度體驗山居生活的話，每天來回景點非常耽誤時間。且民宿所在的那個村落沒有任何餐廳，遠不及住在縣城方便。
2.我們共入住兩晚，第一晚有生日派對，晚上從8點開始折騰，一直到11點都沒有結束，期間小孩子反覆出入房間，門砰砰響，又因為沒有關緊門而報警。第二晚有團建，晚上一直在唱k，雖説沒有到睡覺時間，但我們選擇這個偏僻的民宿就是為了躲避酒店的吵鬧，沒想到還是被吵得不得安寧。
3.早餐衹有簡單的粥、饅頭、鹹菜、水果和一種蔬菜，若是同等價位或星級的酒店，都有豐富得多的自助。
總結：沒休息好，餐食不滿意

這家店的老闆是剛剛接手經營這家民宿，一家三口都好熱情，讓人感覺很温暖，房間設計風格簡約大氣，乾淨衞生，餐飲收費合理味道也不錯，可以安靜的住上幾天，窗外就是水庫山水美景一覽無餘，老闆還讓兒子接送我們，送我們去徒步的地方，實在太善良了，下次有時間再來

這是我們這次旅行，到目前為止，住的最差的一個酒店。先説説進酒店的第一印象吧，一個服務員都沒有，大門緊鎖，轉了一圈，到房子後面喊了幾聲，才出來個人，幫忙把門鎖打開。入住也不用驗證身份證，自己隨便填一下就入住了。安排房間時，連續開了兩個房間，床上都是亂七八糟。房間空調光吹風不制熱，一晚上凍醒好幾次，也不敢洗澡，房間太冷了，洗澡出來肯定就感冒了，一旦感冒，後面的旅行也就沒法進行了，忍忍吧，這是十幾天旅行以來，唯一的一次不能洗浴。房間有種很難聞的味道，我把窗户門全開，開了一下午，關上門還是有股味，不像是裝修味，因為憑房間的新舊程度判斷，肯定不是新裝修的，説不上什麼味，但我老伴兒對異味特敏感。酒店預訂就有送早餐這一項服務，這個早餐是我四十年旅行以來，最簡單的早餐，醬油清水煮麪條外加兩個煎蛋，一人一個，再簡單也得吃啊，因為入住當天我考察過，方圓幾公里沒有一家飯店，我們使足了勁，才把煎蛋和麪條吃了。

民宿在大山深處，從松陽縣城駕車過去要50分鐘，但是民宿的風景還是值得的，房間其他都好，就是晚上洗澡熱水不夠熱
