位置優越，就在古街邊上，熱賣中的安靜，祖傳的老宅子維護的不錯，衞生間無異味，洗澡熱水也很好。老闆和老闆娘熱情友善， 在院子裏喝喝老闆的茶， 嚐嚐老闆娘的豐富早餐，休閑安逸的好去處。

出乎意料了，老闆娘説房子是三百年歷史的清朝房子，16年裝修，古色古香，非常乾淨。房間有個很大的榻榻米，鋪上被褥，孩子可以獨立睡。遇上大雨，這種老房子更是別有一番滋味。老闆和老闆娘服務特別好，幫定車，給孩子葯，給出遊建議，絕對最美女主人。

我們是朋友結伴出行，綜合考慮後選擇這家民宿。
真正的老宅改建，硬件不必太苛求，該有的一應俱全，打掃很乾凈，燈光設定合理。客棧位於松陽縣城中心，鬧中取靜的地方，除了弄堂口轉彎幾步就是松陽老街，很方便。掌櫃夫妻很客氣，服務很周到，讓我們有賓至如歸的感覺。早餐也是他們親自打理，主食、醬菜很豐富。總之值得推薦
