We stayed for a week at the hotel, we booked direct, we also booked with a private transfer to bring us to the hotel and back to the airport, on arrival, room not ready, we went upto the pool bar, and got something to eat, gorgeous food. The hotel is stunning, we had a beautiful room, housekeeping were brilliant, breakfast each morning was so good, something for everyone, I’d definitely stay here again. Thank you to Reception/breakfast staff/housekeeping/ pool staff and the porter, incredible staff.

Although we only stayed 2 nights there, this is such a lovely hotel that should have spent longer time there. Location beats, right to the sea and short distance walk to port - of course if you have a luggage you may take the lift or eventually a taxi, we used the taxi cost 15 EUR. Amazing view from my room, decent size and nice ambience. Staff they are all so friendly, love them all. I will stay here again.

I’ve just stayed at the Grand Hotel La Favorita with my wife and 4 daughters (aged between 20 and 10). It’s rare to stay at any hotel where nothing at all can be faulted but I can honestly say that was the case here. Absolutely outstanding in every sense of the word. Reception staff were welcoming and super helpful with transfers from the airport, restaurant reservations, boat trips and other general queries. Breakfast was excellent and once again staff were incredibly attentive, one of our daughters has a gluten intolerance and they ensured she was always well catered for. Rooms were lovely and clean and mini bar was replenished daily. The Bellavista rooftop pool and bar area is the gem of this hotel, amazing views across the Bay of Naples and once again it must be mentioned just how friendly and attentive all the staff were whether that be pool attendants or the bar and restaurant staff. I can’t find any greater compliment than to say we can’t wait to return. Fantastic hotel.

Fantastic location in the heart of Sorrento - within walking distance of the train station and the harbour area and the port. The lovely rooftop pool is attended by two boys who keep the place pristine. The views over the Bay of Napes are stunning. The rooms are spacious and very well cleaned. One little issue - the hairdryer. It is old fashioned , heavy and its use is restricted to the bathroom.

We had a brilliant stay at La Favorita great rooms great staff great pool spotless. We will definitely stay there again if we come to Sorrento. Staff at breakfast especially Maitre d and front desk were amazing and super accommodating. We loved it

Great location in Sorento. Clean room but kind of kitschy- lots of local ceramic in the room. Great breakfast; great terase/lemon tree garden. Staff was quite inhospitable - unusual for our experience in Italy. Also, we have asked for a room upgrade as ******* VIP - they have told us that they don’t have any rooms available although the hotel was almost empty. We have tried two white wines at the bar on the first floor - both very bad quality.
