Hotel Bristol

Have just returned from the most lovely holiday in Sorrento. We were there to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. We both could never describe here in words how beautiful the Hotel Bristol is. Our room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the most gorgeous view we have ever stayed at. It was cleaned every day to an extremely high standard and we loved it. The pool area was just fantastic and so beautiful. All the staff without doubt went totally out of their way to help in any way they could . Luca especially made our stay so special with his kind words and welcoming attitude, he was just so good to us and he and his whole team made us feel like we really mattered to them. All of the staff ( too many to mention by name) were incredible and we totally commend them to whoever owns the hotel. We have never stayed in a hotel where all the staff go above and beyond to help in every way. The food was amazing and we were so glad that we had booked half board. It was so good we actually had 3 lunches there too! Sorrento itself is beautiful. We had worried about the walk down before we went but honest it was so easy and within less than 10 mins you are in the town. Also the walk back up is not steep and just slowly goes up and is not difficult at all . What can we say other than thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts to everyone at the Hotel Bristol because of whom we had the most perfect holiday ever

What a lovely place this is! We stayed in the Villa Bianca apartments. Our apartment was perfect, you do have to negotiate some steps to get up there but it's definitely worth it. The hotel staff are so friendly and helpful. Shout out, in particular, to Luca in the restaurant, who put us in touch with an old member of staff we remembered from previous visits and was generally a delight. We wanted to recall the happy memories from our first trips to Sorrento, many years ago. We certainly achieved that. We still loved the hotel and the tiwn. At some point we will definitely return!

This is the perfect place to stay in Sorrento. Convenient location with the most extraordinary views and service. The food was fantastic and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. Cannot say enough about the welcoming service and hospitality. Beautiful pool overlooking the ocean. Easy walk to town (about 5-10 min) as it is located a bit above the main town. The view is worth it!! Spacious room with balcony.

Leaving today after a wonderful 10 days at this hotel. Had a room on the 8th floor with superb views over the bay. We can't say anything negative about our time here. Food was great, beds comfy, all areas of hotel clean and tidy. However by far, the staff here are it's biggest asset, friendly, warm, helpful just perfect. Many thanks to the staff in the restaurant, Lucca and the team, thanks also to the staff in the pool bar who expertly prepared my daily Sorrento Spritz. If you have planned a holiday here at the Bristol, you're in for a fabulous time. We shall return but for now goodbye and thankyou.

Just returned from a fantastic time at the Hotel Bristol, room 307, easy access to Restaurant and Bar via lift, room was spacious, spotless with wonderful views of the bay of Naples from our balcony. Food was very good with plenty of choice, special thanks to Luca and the team who added to our dining experience. Town is a short walk from the hotel, slight incline on walk back, we managed but it would be fantastic if a shuttle could be provided for guests, even if payable, as taxis’s are very expensive. Thank you to all staff at the hotel who were very helpful and accommodating. We are already planning our return!

From the front desk staff, housekeeping, restaurant and even the owner, we were treated so well. Everyone was so accommodating. The food was fantastic. The made to order omelets were delicious and the chef remembered what we wanted every day. You could not ask for a better view of Sorrento and the Gulf of Naples from the room. The street runs right in front of the hotel but we never really heard it from our room. The walk into town was about 5 minutes, which we needed after eating so much. Thank you to the staff for an incredible stay. We will see you next year!

Elegance, comfort, customer service, ambiance, in fact everything about this hotel makes it our favourite holiday destination. The location, being a short walk into Sorrento makes it an excellent choice. The AMAZING views from the pool, dining room, bedrooms and lounges, could not be better. Everything is super clean. A minor issue with a hairdryer was resolved immediately. The food is simply superb! I would not want to eat anywhere else. And finally, the exemplary staff, who go over and above on a daily basis. Luca and all his team in the restaurant are simply the best! A special mention has to be made for Carmine the excellent Sommelier, and Gianluca who was so friendly and took such good care of us every day. Thank you all!

Exceptional. Spacious hotel. Comfy rooms with great AC. Half board was perfect. Food was so good, with a great menu choice. All served to your table. Portions, presentation and flavours were top quality. Staff were attentive and helpful. A real luxury hotel. Short walk to the town centre that had shops, bars and interest to wander around. September was hot though! 30 degrees and more.

Fabulous traditional Italian hotel with stunning views over Sorrento. Only a short walk into Sorrento centre. Helpful and friendly staff who looked after us very well. Lovely rooms, very comfortable and a great dining experience. Would recommend to family and friends.
