Good reference hotel in Sort, although a little crowded but it works correctly. The room was clean but the water in the shower came out brown at first.
The breakfast buffet is correct as well as the Spa (it is not big but the price is adequate). It has outdoor parking. Functional hotel to go skiing in the area.

Excelente experiencia fui con mi pareja. El hotel y todas sus áreas nos encantó, Muy buena recepción, la habitación nos pareció genial, encantados con la atención en el bar, super 10/10 las copas que nos puso el Bartender. Volveremos sin dudar. Lo recomiendo.

Restaurante del Hotel Pessets. Cocina de proximidad y de temporada, muy elaborada producto de primera calidad preparación cercana a la "cuisine francaise" pero superada con creces, raciones correctas Local agradable silencioso, servicio esmerado y amable. Aperitivo de entrada completo y de calidad Precio no excesivo dada la calidad de la comida. Recomiendo "Múrgules amb foie i salsa de vi dolç del Batlliu" Colmenillas con foie y vino dulce del Batlliu insuperable Los postres todos de 10 recomiendo el caviar de chocolate con crema de mango y blinis para repetir i no parar

La estancia estuvo bien y la atencion del personal de recepción ha sido atento en todo momento. Nos quisimos tomar una copa a ultima hora y el chico del bar le molestaba que le pidiéramos según que. El ambiente vintage no estaba mal aunque la relación calidad precio este es un poco elevado, pero quien pueda permitirselo, no está mal

Lugar acogedor familiar y muy tranquilo buffet de desayuno con clase y servicio de bar excelente limpieza de habitación muy bien personal muy atento tanto en el restaurante como en la recepción. Aconsejo ir tienen una bonita chimenea en recepción

Buenas instalaciones, pero servicio pésimo. Solicitamos cama de matrimonio antes de viajar y nos dieron la excusa que no tenían mas camas, tuvimos que dormir en camas separadas. Los empleados de recepción no ayudaron en nada. Informaron de SPA , el cual pagamos y resulto que la mitad de los equipos en mal estado (piscina fría, surtidores estropeados y sauna húmeda sin servicio). Buffet desayuno normal. A mi modo de ver, muy caro por la poca atención y el servicio escaso.

El colchón y las almohadas son de primera calidad al igual que los cojines. La ropa de cama super suave. Nos alojamos en el ático, impecable y acogedor. La limpieza destaca sobre otros hoteles. Hemos ido al Spa, previa reserva, para dosificar la gente y que se pueda estar cómodos, el cuál ha sido muy relajante y luego pedí un masaje, dicho sea de paso, me atendió una señorita muy profesional. Es un hotel muy pero muy bueno.le doy un 10
