Good reference hotel in Sort, although a little crowded but it works correctly. The room was clean but the water in the shower came out brown at first.
The breakfast buffet is correct as well as the Spa (it is not big but the price is adequate). It has outdoor parking. Functional hotel to go skiing in the area.

Buenas instalaciones, pero servicio pésimo. Solicitamos cama de matrimonio antes de viajar y nos dieron la excusa que no tenían mas camas, tuvimos que dormir en camas separadas. Los empleados de recepción no ayudaron en nada. Informaron de SPA , el cual pagamos y resulto que la mitad de los equipos en mal estado (piscina fría, surtidores estropeados y sauna húmeda sin servicio). Buffet desayuno normal. A mi modo de ver, muy caro por la poca atención y el servicio escaso.

El colchón y las almohadas son de primera calidad al igual que los cojines. La ropa de cama super suave. Nos alojamos en el ático, impecable y acogedor. La limpieza destaca sobre otros hoteles. Hemos ido al Spa, previa reserva, para dosificar la gente y que se pueda estar cómodos, el cuál ha sido muy relajante y luego pedí un masaje, dicho sea de paso, me atendió una señorita muy profesional. Es un hotel muy pero muy bueno.le doy un 10

This is a wonderful hotel. What makes it so special is the family who have owned it for four generations and for whom nothing is too much trouble. The staff are superb and the hotel has an excellent restaurant. It also has historic associations with World War 2 refugees which make it particularly interesting.

Un hotel que nos encanta y hemos repetido en numerosas ocasiones y desde hace años. Todo en general muy acogedor, la comida de muy buena calidad y buena presentación, el servicio excelente, el trato muy amable, el desayuno sin duda es completo y variado. Las prestaciones del hotel excelentes para familias, piscina, spa, sauna, sala de juegos. Volveremos seguro.

Fuimos para fin de semana, llegamos viernes y sabado no hicieron la habitacion. Me tuve que hacer yo la cama, pagando por un 4 estrellas?? Desayuno incluido en precio y super normalito. Decoracion habitaciones demodé con su estucado. Las fotos de la web del jardin estan muy alejadas de la realidad. En mi habitacion de aire condicionado nada, solo un triste ventilador de techo. Y ventana a la calle. Está claro q cogiendo por internet prepagando me han asignado la peor habitacion que tenian. La decoracion del baño quizas fuera novedosa hace 20 años. No es de 4 estrellas ni de coña!! Demasiado marketing en la web . Lo unico que es de 4 estrellas es el precio.

Nos gusto mucho! El personal muy agradable y atento. La comida muy buena y los postres deliciosos. El buffet de desayuno muy completo y bueno! Hemos disfrutado!! A las habitataciones falta alguna renovacion. Ah y en el Xiringuito de la piscina también se come muy bien! Recomendable!

Nos han tratado genial. Todo perfecto!! Veniamos de hacer un recorrido largo en bicicleta, y nos dejarn un sitio para guardarlas y limpiarlas. Nos facilitaron un picnic en el desayuno, ya que continuabamos el recorrido en bici muy temprano.
