Ravintolassa ala-arvoista ruokaa. Palvelun taso heikkoa, odotimme pelkästään pöytiin ohjaamista todella pitkään. Kylpylän puolella saunoissa ei saanut kunnon löylyjä, etenkin savusaunassa. Myös useampi automaatti suihku ei toiminut.

I've been here three times, twice in winter and once in autumn. This is a flagship place of Holiday Club chain. There are always so much to do, despite of the season or the weather. One secret tip: go to the Vuokatti Bowling for a coffee and donut!

Paikat sieltä täältä rempallaan. Karmit, listat, seinät, silikonit ym. rikki ja kuluneita. Lisävuode suorastaan luokaton. Aikuinen ihminen laitetaan nukkumaan kovassa, epätasaisessa ja ja jalkopää alaspäin viettävässä vuodesohvassa. Unet loppui klo 03 yöllä ja aamulla selkä niin kipeä että tuskin ylös pääsi.
Parkkipaikan maksullisuus todella outoa. Kummallista ettei tuohon hintaan saa parkkipaikkaa. Parkkiruudut lisäksi auttamattomasti liian pieniä ja maksaminen todella hankalaa automaatilla.
Hinta laatu suhde ei kohdannut.

An excellent place for a winter holiday. The cottage has everything you need. The view from the window to Vuokatti and the lake is beautiful. The ski track starts right at the cottage. 10 minutes by car to the ski lift.

Surrounded by plush greenery and lakes as well as a golf resort...Catch a super sunset from our balcony. Food at the resort is really great too! You don't even need a car as the resort can be reached by bus from Kajaani train station in less than half an hour. Even the local transportation is super convenient to supermarket or even to Sotkamo for a bite to eat at the nice restaurants there.

Sisään- ja uloskirjautumista joutui odottaa todella kauan. Myös pizzeriassa annoksia joutui odottamaan toista tuntia. Palvelu oli kyllä oikein ystävällistä ja ruoka hyvää. Kylpylä vastasi hyvin odotuksia ja huone oli siisti. Aamupala oli runsas ja monipuolinen. Pysäköintimaksu ihmetytti.

Paikallisbussi ei kulkenut sunnuntaina. Olisi saanut olla ohjattua vesijumppaa esim aamulla. Huoneessa ei ollut teetä eikä pikakahvia. Muuten kyllä hieno paikka.

Huone oli siivottu huolimattomasti, laseja ei oltu vaihdettu sillä niissä oli edellisten asiakkaiden huulipunat ja lattialla oli mansikankantoja. Respasta käyty pyytämässä siivousta huoneeseen, mutta silläkään siivouksella ei kyseisiä paikkoja siivottu vaikka niistä erikseen mainittu. Muuten huone mukava ja tilava. Henkilökunta ystävällistä.
