We were given a room with a broken air conditioner at first, but were later moved to another room. The hotel is very new and does not look like it was built in 1990. Overall it is very good👍🏼

The hotel is very nice, clean and tidy, and the price is very reasonable. The hotel is not in the downtown area. It is about 3.5 kilometers away from the old district of Strasbourg. It takes about 10 minutes by taxi and about 10 euros for uber. But here is very quiet, the city is too noisy. It's really nice to live here.

Clean rooms, king-size beds, very comfortable bedding, air conditioning, the right sweet and savoury breakfast is provided at your convenience, if not included in your recipe, please order the day before. However, when you pay for the room at full price, the parking space is a bit expensive. 20 € per day 🤔, thinking that cleaning up these ****s will make it more advanced, the staff is very, very pleasant.

We stayed here as part of a group and has use of one of the banqueting rooms for the dinner. The head waiter was a real bully. He terrorised the waitresses and was constantly shouting at them across the room. One member of our group had severe dietary restrictions which the hotel had been informed of months in advance. The waitress was trying to sort it but the head waiter just slammed an alternative meal (pasta) down in front of them with no finesse or explanation and when asked if it was gluten free snatched it away while their fork was still in the bowl. Eventually a suitable alternative arrived. Then came dessert the only option was a whole orange and kiwi with nothing to eat it with! The interior of the hotel was swarming with mosquitoes and everyone spent the evening swatting them away and we were eaten alive. I would never consider this hotel again
