"The hotel was nice, except for the exorbitant prices during Christmas. The biggest drawback: Ctrip failed to process my reservation, and I had to pay again upon arrival, which was strange. Later, Ctrip called me via voice message to communicate with the other party, recorded my card number, and then let me check in. With so many people waiting, it took a long time before I was finally allowed to check in. It was quite frustrating. This was the first time in my life I'd encountered something like this when using any hotel booking website. However, Ctrip did try to resolve the issue. It was still a memorable experience. I arrived at 3 pm, was in a hurry, and was refused check-in by the hotel for almost an hour."
