Ibis Strasbourg Centre Historique ★★★
"Staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is very good, but that's all about it! Rooms are super tiny, very poor isolation, the mattress is basically a 4 cm memory foam bedding, little spiders in the bathroom, weird bathroom smell, very dated, missing basic things, etc. way below any Ibis I've ever stayed in."
Hôtel & Spa RÉGENT Petite France by Stay Collection ★★★★★
"The hotel is luxurious, very conveniently located, with beautiful furniture, a comfortable bathroom, and Russian-speaking staff (we are very grateful and appreciative of Shamil's help and care). The only downside was our departure. We checked out on May 26, 2026, at 1:41:32 AM. The manager started demanding a second tourist tax payment, as we'd paid €24 upon arrival and, since we'd checked out early, the tax was €15.84. Instead of refunding the overpayment, they insulted us in a raised voice, almost causing us to miss the bus. We were also surprised to learn that we had to pay a €100 deposit for each day of our stay; this wasn't disclosed when we booked the hotel."
Hotel des Vosges, BW Premier Collection ★★★★
"The room was well-designed, but the cleanliness wasn't very good. The coffee stains on the cups hadn't been washed off. Considering it was only a one-night stay, I didn't change rooms. I brought my own bottled water anyway. The location is excellent, very close to Petite France and Strasbourg Cathedral."
Adonis Hotel Strasbourg ★★★
"The Wi-Fi wasn't available in the basement room, and there was only one power outlet in the bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient. I hope this will be improved. The staff were very helpful. Strasbourg has become one of my favorite cities."
Hotel Victoria ★★★
"Good place. Clean, unbeatable location. I recommend it."
Best Western Plus Monopole Metropole ★★★★
"We stayed for just one night. The mattress was very comfortable, the room was very quiet, the bathrooms were recently redone, and the staff were very helpful. The garage was very small, but at only 14 euros (cheap for Strasbourg), it was a good value. Recommended."
Le Grand Hotel by Stay Collection ★★★
"Great location. Cleanliness was excellen. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good"
City Residence Access Strasbourg ★★
"The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the train station. We got a big apartment with nice facilities including kitchen, microwave, cultery, TV. Etc. They even have self service laundry machines."
LÉONOR the Place to Live by Stay Collection ★★★★
"I have traveled to so many places around the world and stayed in so many hotels, and it is speechless that such four-star facilities are still used. It is not excessive to ask for compensation."

Appart'hôtel Odalys City - Strasbourg Centre Les Halles
"We had the family studio room for 3. Overall not too bad. Studio room w small kitchen and small fridge. Not much amenities. Bring your own stuff. The location was good and mall right next to it. Very convenient for shopping. And grocery too."
Hotel les Haras by Stay Collection
"Hotel is located at a silent and peaceful neighbourhood. There's a convenient store opposite. Short walk to Petite France, distant from train station and church. The hotel has very good swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Recommended!"
Hôtel Garrigae Villa la Florangerie - Spa & Piscine
"A good hotel with good value for money. Overall, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. I would recommend it, and the location was excellent."
Lagrange Apart’Hotel Strasbourg Wilson
"5 mn walk from the station and 15 mn walk from city center, Notre Dame cathedral, etc. Spacious room with microwave, fridge, house and a few plates and cutlery. TV was quite small for the size of the apartment and netflix not available. A 3 star for France."
Citadines Eurometropole Strasbourg
"The environment, location, and service are all very good. It's a great place to drive, with two large supermarkets right outside. There's also an Asian supermarket nearby, and the parking lot is spacious. Laundry is 10 euros."
Pavillon Regent Petite France by Stay Collection
"The location of the hotel is great! The room was also very neat and clean! The decoration style is very exquisite."
voco STRASBOURG CENTRE - THE GARDEN by IHG
"hotel was great! room is big enough to open two lugagges. shower was great, heated but the shower head doesnt stay in place, so you can only hold onto it while bathing. otherwise, use the rain shower. the shampoo and conditioner is quite drying and doesnt work well if you come from a more humid country. byo? theres a small supermarket nearby and area is quite walkable to the main tourist attractions. a mall nearby as well but didnt check that out. bedroom amenities are provided upon request. even though the ac didnt work at first but serviceman came by quickly to rectify. bed was comfy. tv casting doesnt work if youre looking to watch some shows. good stay though."
Maison Rouge Strasbourg Hotel & Spa, Autograph Collection
"The location is undeniably a strong point: situated in the heart of Strasbourg's pedestrian zone, just steps from the cathedral, the hotel boasts a prime address. The reception staff are welcoming and friendly, which is a plus. However, the 5-star rating seems largely overrated—I would place this establishment somewhere between 3 and 4 stars. Unfortunately, the lobby sets the tone right from the entrance: dark and soulless, it offers neither warmth nor character. It falls far short of the attentive service one has the right to expect from a luxury establishment. The first impression is that of an ordinary hotel, well below its claims. The rooms are modestly sized and lack any particular charm. The bedding leaves much to be desired: insufficient pillows, no fitted sheet, and a mediocre duvet. The amenities betray a certain lack of maintenance: the tissue box was almost empty upon arrival, and the hairdryer was visibly outdated. Breakfast, priced at €34, is not justified. The buffet is basic and incomplete—the scrambled eggs, a must-have, arrived late and were served burnt. Such negligence is unacceptable for an establishment claiming to be luxurious. For a night at €262, the value for money is disappointing. Strasbourg is an international city, home to European institutions, and attracts a demanding clientele accustomed to grand hotels worldwide. Its proximity to the cathedral alone is not enough to justify a 5-star rating. Luxury is earned through the actual quality of services—bedding, food, amenities, attention to detail—and not solely through the prestige of its address. This hotel has potential, but a serious upgrade is necessary to achieve the excellence it claims to offer."
Hannong Hotel & Wine Bar
"We booked a family room (size 30 qm2). The Hotel gave us a triple room (size 20 qm2) and insisted the triple room is the family room. We requested to change the room, the manager refused and offered us three breakfast for free, actually we paid the breakfast already. That was a chaos!! The manager offered us upgrade by next visit, but we will never book the hotel again, the most terrible experience ever. We request the difference between the triple room (20qm2) and the family room (30qm2) for two nights refunded. Many thanks!"
Hotel des Arts - Centre Cathédrale
"Air conditioning and wifi were not working"
Hotel Beaucour
"The hotel is perfectly located in the city center and close to a tram stop. The breakfast was plentiful, and the staff was friendly. The rooms are very large and clean. We highly recommend this hotel."
Hôtel de l'Europe by HappyCulture
"The hotel is in a great location! But there are a lot of hair on the towels, which are quite old, and the overall feeling is not as good as before; The guy at the front desk is still very nice, The room is not arranged according to the reservation, which needs to be clarified separately."
Hôtel Rohan Strasbourg
"The location is magnificent, at the crossroads of the cathedral!"
Best Western Plus Hotel Villa D'est
