The room on the 6th Floor was cold at first and the air conditioning was noisy and the bed uncomfortable. The magnetic card stopped working twice. Reception staff didn’t apologise.
I wanted a room on 1st or 2nd Floor as I have a phobia of lift.

J'ai trouvé une chambre assez spacieuse avec une salle de bain bien équipée. Sachant que je ne restais qu'une nuit c'est largement suffisant. L'hôtel est à 2 mns à pied de la gare et très bien placé pour une balade dans la ville. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et très copieux avec un large choix de sucré ou salée. Employés serviables et agréables. Merci

Very friendly front desk staff, smooth check-in process. The room was underwhelming. Thin mattress, low ceiling, spray textured walls. Bath amenities are very limited, with no hand towels or face cloths. Only two bath towels in the room. No tissues, lotions or separate soaps, shampoo or conditioner. Breakfast items such as eggs and sausages were not replenished and/or empty. Coffee machines were convenient. Overall adequate but more basic than expected.
