Choisi comme séjour à Strasbourg sur Smartbox, l’hôtel D fait bien un 4 étoiles. Malgré un cafouillage au check-in, problème de carte et une chambre qui était censée être prête, le reste est très bonne facture : la chambre fait la taille qu’il faut pour un hôtel du centre de Strasbourg, l’insonorisation est bonne. En profitant de la salle détente composée d’une salle de fitness, d’un sauna, j’ai pu regoûter aux joies d’un sauna. Je me demande si cette salle est remplie lors des weekends ou vacances scolaires car j’ai pu en profiter solo. Pour le reste, le petit- dejeuner est correct, sans fioritures….

Optimal um die Stadt zu erkunden, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, Frühstück hat alles was man braucht. Für Anreisen mit dem Auto steht eine Garage zur Verfügung.

Un hôtel tout confort proche du centre .Une chambre très bien pensée, avec un décor très stylé. cet hôtel a tout pour plaire.Un personnel au petit soin avec des petites attentions des l arrivée.Tous les équipements sont haut de gamme.La salle de sport certe petite se voit équipée de machines au top il y a l'essentiel pour se maintenir en forme avec des appareils de très bonne qualité et flambant neufs.Un sauna ainsi qu une pièce zen s ajoutent aux services proposés.Le petit déjeuner lui va à l essentiel...sans être trop varié il saura malgré tout satisfaire tout le monde , sucré ou salé...et pour finir l'essentiel ,la literie est top.Un matelas confortable pour passer une nuit délicieuse à Strasbourg.Si vous voulez passer un bon séjour ,l hôtel D est une adresse à recommander sans hésiter.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They were so kind and helpful when my mother in law fell ill. Lovely property, and wonderful location for Christmas markets.

Accueil sympathique. Belles chambres propres et confortables et pdj avec bcp de choix. Bien insonorisé malgré la proximité de l’ascenseur et fenêtre sur la rue. À un quart d’heure à pied de la cathédrale. Pas évident à rejoindre en voiture. Parking proche à 25 € par jour.

Sehr freundlicher Service. Sehr gute Lage, wir waren in 10 Minuten in der Altstadt. Leckeres Frühstück. Parkmöglichkeit, direkt neben an. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet. Leider ist das Bad nicht sehr gut mit Ablageflächen ausgestattet. Es ist sehr stylisch, aber leider nicht sehr praktisch. Die Betten sind nur 190 cm lang, für große Personen etwas zu kurz. Die Matratzen waren sehr bequem.

Habitué du Sofitel Strasbourg nous avons voulu essayer un autre établissement pour une nuit. L’ensemble du séjour est très cohérent, la chambre deluxe était très propre et bien agencé. L’hôtel est de taille humaine et haut de gamme. Haut de gamme mais pas luxe. Toutefois pour le prix payé cela était tout à fait satisfaisant. Le petit déjeuner était calme et bien fourni. L’ensemble du personnel était sympathique et avenant. Nous avons passé dans l’ensemble un très bon séjour. Nous reconsidérerons cet établissement pour un court séjour.

My visit to this Hotel was extremely good. The staff were very friendly, courteous and informative to my needs, especially with regards to the on-site parking which saved me a fortune. The location for Strasbourg was good, as it was close to the centre which made my trip far easier. The rooms were clean, well serviced and comfortable. The breakfast was good, food selection catered for everyone, just what I needed.

The hotel should improve the mattress or add some cover pads to the beds. We spent 3 nights and the bed was too uncomfortable to sleep in. Location and service was fine. The hotel has a tiny lobby and tiny rooms, we had to request a change of room because we couldn’t accommodate 2 mediums bags and a carry on in the classic room.
