The room faces the river, which is very beautiful. There is a shopping mall downstairs, which is convenient for shopping. I like this hotel. The breakfast is rich and varied, which can fill up the energy for the day's journey.

It is a shopping mall building in the middle of the city. The location is great and the reception staff are friendly. Breakfast is especially great. There was a small minibar refrigerator, which was great for storing beer.

Disappointing stay. I had paid for an executive room with river view but only got a room facing the other side with a huge building in front of me instead. The hotel said that they had not received the information and the hotel was fully booked. It was not a big deal but I paid extra for the view and ended up with a standard room with some free sodas and amenities. I felt cheated.
No Wi-fi for 1.5 days for my 2-night stay. Unacceptable
Plus points: Staff was nice, both at the reception and housekeeping. The room was spacious and clean
I had better experience with other Novotel hotels before but will not return to this one.
