The hotel is very well located, the staff is very helpful and very kind. On the other hand, regarding the room and its facilities, I expected something relatively better compared to the price and the fact that it is a 4-star hotel. The photos are not representative of the room.

Excellent structure located in the center, quiet at night, comfort of the room, cleanliness, excellent breakfast. Very friendly and helpful receptionist and breakfast attendants. A mini fridge in the room would have been appreciated, otherwise the room was well stocked and of a good size.

Trip.com lists it as [Best Western Hotel de France], but its actual name was Hotel Kaijo. I think it may have been refurbished and renamed. I was at a loss when entering because the name was different, but the reservation was made properly.
There is a description in the review that there is a bathtub, but the room I stayed in did not have one, so if you want one, you should request it from the hotel. The washbasin was clean as if it had been renewed, and the shower room and toilet were unusually separated. The only thing that bothered me was that there was a mysterious stain (sauce sticking) on the wall of the shower room.

Venu à Strasbourg pour un voyage scolaire en tant qu’accompagnateur j'ai loge à l’hotel kaijoo. Très bonne situation au centre ville. J'ai adoré mon expérience surtout le petit déjeuner. Merci au personnel de l'hôtel pour leur professionnalisme. Je suis très satisfait de mon expérience

No es un hotel de 4 estrellas, como mucho 2, penosa la limpieza de habitaciones; igualmente las instalaciones. En la cama no hay almohadas, hay cojines blandos . La dotación de habitaciones es digna de un hotel de otra categoría. El mantenimiento cisterna baño, desagüe bañera …. En fin, nada recomendable
