Hotel Marhaba Beach

Very nice hotel Nice reception Amazing time 🥰😍☀️🤩🫶☺️🤗 Good choice

First off I’d like to say more than half of the reviews on here are fake. The animation team and staff at this hotel will ask you to write high reviews for them. I remember looking at photos for this hotel and thinking it looked quite luxurious, I was wrong, look through others photos that’s how it genuinely is. Food is same same and bland, we ate out of the hotel most days and nights. What I can say is outside of the hotel rooms the place is spotless, the pool is lovely and around there are no slippy areas. Unfortunately there aren’t enough beds during busy seasons and that’s just the way it is. They close off the gates to the beach at a certain time which is a shame, I’ve been to other hotels in Tunisia before where they keep it open and have use of the bar on the beach at night time, not here sadly. Its probably the most boring hotel I’ve been to in Tunisia and personally wouldn’t recommend anywhere other than Sahara Beach Hotel in Monastir now. The slides are a walk away and not near the main pools which is just odd, they weren’t open either when we were there back in June 2023…there is a small baby/toddler pool area by the slides which looked great if they were open. I think this hotel is very hit and miss, I’ve been to a lot of hotels in Tunisia and unfortunately this one hasn’t made it in my opinion. It looks great on pictures but the whole 10 day experience there made us want to come home. Beds were fine, room was somewhat clean, tv didn’t work even when we asked reception for help it was too much to ask for! If it’s you’re first time going to Tunisia and you’re a young girl, have young girls, do not go outside this hotel on your own. You will be hassled. It doesn’t bother me, I’ve been coming to Tunisia for 20 years, a polite no is fine but it can be overwhelming for some. The entertainment here on a nighttime is also very hit and miss..most of our holiday the entertainment was done in reception (odd) and the rest of the time it was outside, couldn’t have been that great I can’t even remember what they did haha all I know is we went to bed early and so did a lot of other holiday makers. I think this hotel needs to take some advice from other hotels in Tunisia. If it was a hotel advertised for the elderly/couples I’d get it..but it isn’t. Yawn

Just back from a week at this hotel. Check-in wasn’t the best as only one member of staff on desk and clearly she was very stressed. She treated us with the most unfriendly face. Didn’t set us with a good first impression. Room was actually quite nice apart from the towels were thread bare and could have been doing with being replaced. I had to ask at reception for hand towels, to be told, they had none. Big shout out to the best staff at Poolside, Beach and restaurant. Joseph in the restaurant was so attentive and nothing was ever a problem. Issani and his partner at poolside bar were the best team. They are so friendly and made you feel so welcome. Your drinks were delivered to you without even asking. They are definitely an asset to your hotel. If you’re going on holiday to this hotel remember to give Tips as the staff all work very hard for you.
