All the staff are very good, they're very helpful even though their English is limited. Animation team is very entertaining. The porter, cleaners, waiters, kitchen and security staff were friendly. The food was good, there's always a big variety. The hotel needs a little more maintenance to make it more presentable. Overall the staff made the stay a good one.

je donne la note de 4 pour l'accueil, et la gentillesse de l'ensemble des employés de cet hotel, que se soit à notre arrivée, au restaurant, au bar, la maintenance et les personnes qui effectuent le nettoyage, le personnel de la plage et de la piscine concernant l'equipe d'animation, un "5" est largement mérité. l'hotel et notamment les parties communes , "2", une renovation de la moquette des couloirs est indispensable, le mobilier des chambres est très basic, des carrelages manquent à la piscine , ont peut se blesser. le dressage des tables au restaurant , 1 grand moment de solitude ..... conclusion, je crains le pire pour la periode estivale, en effet nous c'etait super au vu du peu de monde, tout le monde était au petit soin. petite info, 2h de trajet de tunis à l'hotel

Hotel was lovely and the animation team were brilliant. Mary and mouna were amazing and really made our holiday! Only downside was the food, I wish there was more variety. Other than that an amazing hotel with great entertainment and kids club.

Staff amazing with both adults and children especially Mary and mouna made our stay fun always entertained never board Food is varied but not for the fussy eater Pools clean and a stones throw from the beach which is clean and perfect for a family day and perfect for sandcastles

It took us a few days to get to used to the surroundings and everything the hotel has to offer, it was a lot of self discovery and asking. Signage or a welcome book would go along way for guests. Overall the hotel was a great place for a relaxing a**osphere for our little family, the animation team are incredible and deserve big raises for what they do for the guests, they give everything and made our holiday super special for our 2 year old. My recommendations for the hotel is to upgrade the food options to cater to vegetarians and others and it would upgrade the hotel a lot. With some more TLC around the hotel it’s defo one to choose.
