Managers are good bars are good bartenders also nice im second time there and i will be back , for sure . The food is awesome, always different things, and it tastes very good.

Quinze jours là-bas hôtel très grand car deux hôtel côté à côte le royal Salem un bruit infernal la nuit insupportable avec la musique jusqu a 23h et après le bruit des touristes Le restaurant trop bruyant caisse de raisonnance c est peu engageant de manger dans de telles conditions L hygiène bof nourriture propre mais environnement douteux les tables les rampes d escaliers Deux semaines avec des problèmes digestifs Le service ne fonctionne qu au pourboires Donc non je me suis trompée d endroit

Spędziłam z mężem w tym hotelu 7 dni, od 25 kwietnia do 2 maja. Zajmowaliśmy pokój 593. Wybraliśmy ten hotel między innymi ze względu na dobre opinie na jego temat w Internecie. Sami też byliśmy zadowoleni z pobytu. Pomimo średniej pogody spędziliśmy bardzo udany urlop. Niestety po powrocie do domu odkryłam, że zostałam w hotelu okradziona. Mieliśmy z mężem wynajęty sejf w recepcji, w którym trzymaliśmy dokumenty i pieniądze. Swoją biżuterię trzymałam jednak w pokoju, w szufladzie, schowaną wśród bielizny, zamkniętą w dwóch pudełkach. Ostatniego dnia rano jeszcze był komplet, wieczorem nie sprawdzałam, tylko zapakowałam wszystko na wyjazd. Miałam to staranie zapakowane i owinięte gumką. Nawet przez myśl mi nie przeszło, że ktoś mógł przeszukiwać moją szufladę z bielizną. Po powrocie do domu stwierdziłam, że w pudełku brakuje części biżuterii - zginęły dwa złote łańcuszki i jeden srebrny, złote kolczyki z perłami i duża złota zawieszka. Nadal nie mogę uwierzyć w to, co się stało. Wszyscy pracownicy sprawiali wrażenie niesamowicie sympatycznych, panie sprzątające były przemiłe, chętnie rozdawałam napiwki, a ci ludzie mnie po prostu okradli. Straciłam przedmioty, które były dla mnie cenne materialnie, ale też miały znaczenie sentymentalne. Straciłam też wiarę w drugiego człowieka. To co mnie spotkało w tym hotelu jest po prostu ohydne. Do tego świadomość, że ktoś grzebał w moich osobistych rzeczach, jest naprawdę dołująca. Ludzie, uważajcie w czasie pobytu tam, nie dajcie się nabrać na te ich słodkie uśmiechy.

We had a great stay for all over the week we spend here everyone was nice specially the animation boys they made our stay wonderful with their kindness they’re always active from the day with sport activities until the night making the show and talking and chekcing everyone thank you royal salem and we will see you again Tunisia

I want to say is my first time this hotel I like the team animation there work so hard and nice stuff bar and lovely 😍 food I will be back soon 😋 again 😋 to see all of them I feel I'm at my home really I tell everyone to come enjoy your time and if u want anything just ask mido he nice boy he will help u 😀 and enjoy your holiday 😀

We went at a time when there was a few cloudy and rainy days but the animation team tried so hard to ensure everyone was still having the best time, especially Bob, Marco & Crouch. Because it is two hotels joined, you get a mix of entertainment choices each night which is great when you’re not keen on something because there’s always something else to go to! There’s a club on site that does a really funny drag show on Wednesdays. I was a bit surprised by the salt water pools outside and the pool was cold but they always ensured enough sun beds were there, no matter how late in the day you arrived they would find you a space & a bed. The staff were all so friendly, the bar staff will always offer to bring your drinks to the table and make a real effort to learn your order so it can be as quick as possible. The food could have been a little better but there was masses of options, but it would’ve been nice to have more traditional Tunisian food to try. The private beach is absolutely beautiful and the security staff are so friendly and make sure you feel safe. The staff give really good recommendations and make sure to tell you to turn your wristband around and how to avoid scams. Don’t go to any gift shops without prices displayed!. I got a bit poorly with a bad cold and the staff were amazing, offering to go to the pharmacy for me and checking I was feeling ok. They really couldn’t have done more, it’s a great hotel and the staff really make it a wonderful place.

We went the last week of April and had a great time! The animation team went above and beyond to make everyone feel involved at all times. Shoutout to Crouch bob and marco and zino for making the holiday super special!
