Poor customer service, rude evening reception staff with lack of English understanding and lack of any understanding of customer service. Complained about blocked sink and toilets flush problem but he didn’t resolve issues. Rooms had insects crawling and corridor was flooded.

I mistakenly booked a single room in this hotel at a price of 27 USD.. Then I called the hotel to try to change the reservation to a matrimonial room because I am on vacation with my wife.. Their response was exploitative and told me to pay 66 USD to change the room type from single to double. Then I contacted the customer service to cancel the reservation and return my money, but without any benefit.. I contacted them for two whole days, but with no result.. The result was that I did not go to the hotel and lost my money.

The hotel is very good and the stuff is very friendly . The food and the cleaning is very nice . The reception people are very sweet and nive people . Tge animator team are very good and there are professional dancers . The best of themnare Marko cheof of animation Mustafa and Sousou .

Brilliant hotel the best I have ever stayed at. And I could eat to my hearts content due to the restaurant manager being so helpful and understanding of my allergy. I felt very looked after by all of the staff. All staff friendly and helpful. The rooms are always cleaned to a high standard every day. The food is flavoursome and plentiful. The hotel is clean and looked after. Admittedly the pool tables could need a make over. But that’s about it. I cannot thank the restaurant manager enough as I was able to eat lots of many different foods. The last hotel I stayed at In Tunisia limited me to certain foods due to the head chef or anybody there having any interest in my serious Nut allergy. So I cannot thank him enough for providing me with fabulous puddings every time I visited. I know I’ve banged on about the food a lot but in an all exclusive you want the food as well as the booze? Rami restaurant waiter lovely guy. Always helpful funny and friendly. Only downside from my point was the other suited managers that were always hanging around looking glum watching the hard working staff and doing little else. But hey that’s a manager for ya.? Anyway 10/10 with everything.

Wir waren das erste Mal mit der Familie hier und hatten unglaublich viel Spaß. Es sind viel Aktivitäten geboten, insbesondere die Abendshows haben es uns angetan 😊 Jeden Tag gibt es ein wechselndes Programm mit netten Leuten. Das Essen war super, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt :)

Absolutely love this hotel. The animation team are amazing, especially Sousou with the kids, I will 200000% be coming back. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Made friends for life!! My room is cleaned and bedding changed every day. You get table service from the waiters and they remeber your name and what you want

Het hotel is prachtig en de behandeling is zeer luxe, vooral in het restaurant, door het hotelpersoneel was heerlijk, naast de netheid in de kamers, het was speciaal en leuk voor de kinderen. Ik bedank Soso en Maya voor de uitstekende prestaties met de kinderen. Ik raad aan om het hotel Royal Salem Wattayeh, vijf sterren, te bezoeken. Mazen Hayfaa en Madyan en Hibatollah

Wir möchten uns für die verflogene Woche bei allen Hotelsngestellten, vom Empfang bis zum Reinigungspersonal für den sehr guten Service und Freundlichkeit bedanken. Die Animationen ob für die Kinder oder für die Erwachsenen an Abend waren super und wir können dieses Hotel jedem nur empfehlen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und werden im kommenden Jahr hier wieder mit der kompl. Familie Buchen. Danke Mit freundlichen Grüßen Christine u Ulrich Alex
