Poor customer service, rude evening reception staff with lack of English understanding and lack of any understanding of customer service. Complained about blocked sink and toilets flush problem but he didn’t resolve issues. Rooms had insects crawling and corridor was flooded.

I mistakenly booked a single room in this hotel at a price of 27 USD.. Then I called the hotel to try to change the reservation to a matrimonial room because I am on vacation with my wife.. Their response was exploitative and told me to pay 66 USD to change the room type from single to double. Then I contacted the customer service to cancel the reservation and return my money, but without any benefit.. I contacted them for two whole days, but with no result.. The result was that I did not go to the hotel and lost my money.

Het is hier heerlijk ..goed eten ..vriendelijke mensen ..goeie animatie...strand zon zee. Prima hotel!! Aanrader! Volgend jaar komen we weer terug voor de 3e keer. Het is ook leuk om quad te rijden..jetskiën en allemaal erg goedkoop! Het zwembad is ook erg fijn en voor iedereen is er wat te doen. De kamers zijn wat gedattteerd maar het zijn prima kamers voor die prijs .

Ik ben hier twee keer geweest. Vriendelijk personeel, heerlijk eten, mooi strand en zwembad Het animatieteam is geweldig en zorgt dat iedereen een top tijd heeft. Het complex bestaat uit 3 hotels, 2 zwembaden waarvan 1 met glijbanen. Alles wordt netjes schoon gehouden. Bij het strand kan je tegen betaling diverse watersporten doen.

Mein Freund und ich waren hier um unseren Sommer Urlaub zu verbringen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Der Strand ist wunderschön und direkt am Hotel. Es gibt genügend Auswahl an essen, da findet jeder etwas. Das Personal hat uns definitiv überzeugt, alle sind super nett, hilfsbereit und alle geben sich sehr viel mühe. Das preis-leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier absolut. Das einzige was man dazu sagen sollte ist, dass das Hotel nicht direkt in der Stadt liegt sondern ca. 5 km entfernt. Es gibt aber die gute und günstige Möglichkeit mit dem Taxi in die Stadt und zurück zu kommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ist mein erstes Mal in Marhaba Salem ich finde dieses Hotel sehr schön,Das Animationsteam ist so freundlich und zino, er war der Beste. Er hielt immer für ein Gespräch an und informierte uns über die Unterhaltungsangebote usw. Ich möchte ihm vielmals für seine Zeit bei uns danken und das Essen war so lecker. vielen dank an alle Kellner, ich werde wiederkommen

The hotel is. Clean through out rooms very nice. Every were is very clean and everyone works hard.souhil. Made the best ice coffee up at the beach bar food was excellent. All the gardeners were friendly and work hard but gardens look beautiful. The cleaner do a Fantastic job overall 100 percent enjoyed the whole trip

Lovely family hotel this the second time we have visited here. The entertainment team are amazing big shout out to crouch, checo, farouk and susu such lovely people. All the bar staff and waiters mokhtar are so welcoming xx Can't wait to return next year.
