The hotel from the Web it's look good but when I get there just like a kost. Very smell until I buy a freshener room to make me feel comfortable as no time to look a hotel nearby. Very busy area but closed to the rail station. If you don't like a dirty or seeing any small ant, animal in your room, I suggested not yo booked in this hotel.

Ac tidak dingin, handuk kotor kamar mandi kotor, sangat tidak recomended

The AC is not cold, the towels are dirty, the bathroom is dirty, not really recommended

I booked this hotel for a client who happened to get a job in the old town. The advantage of this hotel The air pressure is good Clean and comfortable Nice and comfortable The shower is nice and comfortable Good location near the square area and the bekas station The receptionist is friendly and not telephone about the confirmation of the order Hot water for bath There is an elevator Use the card to lock the room Lack of size of the small room Gang to the narrow room The area around the hotel Gang is less clean But for just sleeping and transit this hotel is quite good and recomended to make sleep well. Because apart from comfort, it's not noisy. It's suitable for guests who want to sleep well.

I was there over the weekend and waited for room to be ready cause I arrived before check in time.  Hotel access is narrow and non help to direct me to parking spot.Got in the room and found out wall lamp close to side table was on and off and no hanger stand by. took shower and found out towels were torn and not suppose to provide for guest. It is part of hotel under local hotel management as TOPOTELS Hotel Management plaque is on the lobby wall area and they suppose to review and audit it based on TOPOTELS standard. By the way, Is it a hotel management standard to allow employees to put on sandal as their operation uniform?
