As a brand under InterContinental Hotels, this hotel can only be said to be average and did not give me any surprises.
When I arrived at the hotel, there was no porter waiting, and I went to the front desk on the first floor to find out how to check in.
I felt that the service was lacking. For example, when I was brought to the table without tableware during breakfast, I was only given 2 sets of knives and forks (2 people) and a napkin even after I asked.
The restaurant's dinner was Japanese cuisine, which should be said to be cheap and good quality.

Very pleasant hotel situated in the heart of the city, boasting an excellent breakfast and incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. The room design is charming, and the added perk of a TV connected to Netflix enhances the stay. However, my experience was slightly tarnished when I discovered a large garbage bag left behind by housekeeping. Although they apologized for the oversight, it was a disappoin**ent amidst an otherwise delightful stay.

Very close to Roma street train station, you can reach the hotel in minutes. The hotel check-in is on the 1F, and we looked for a long time on the G floor before we saw the sign. It is also not far from the central train station. We walked to WHSmith inside and could refund the go card in cash. It is very close to the city hall, Queen Street and the Botanical Gardens, and it is convenient to go shopping and eat nearby. We lost our adapter, but fortunately we found a type c fast charger. The twin room has a very large bed and the room is clean. It is worth it
