The hotel is located on the top of a small hill, facing the sea, next to a lighthouse, and the view is very good.
The room facilities are also quite new, and the room size is medium to large. The mattress of the extra bed was a bit soft, and the springs in some places were loose, making it uneven. The sofa can be pulled out to become an extra bed.
The front desk of the hotel nominally has working hours. If you go to the hotel after working hours, no one will greet you. I arrived at the hotel at 10 o'clock, and there was no one at the front desk. I had to call someone to come out. The waiter came out quickly, but he was well-dressed. It's not neat, I don't know if he is sleeping. When we checked out the next morning, it was during working hours, but there was still no waiter at the front desk. We had already paid anyway, so we left the keys in the express check-out box.
There are plenty of parking spaces at the door. There's nothing to eat nearby.

Our recent stay was exceptional. We were warmly greeted by Connor, whose attentiveness ensured our comfort throughout our stay. Having been on the road for hours, we were delighted by the delicious food offered at the hotel, the spectacular view, a clean room and comfortable bed. Our overall experience was truly sensational, and we look forward to returning in the future.

Hmmmmm … room was ok! clean but … door to the bathroom doesn’t open properly, grout missing from spa bath. No door to toilet, but probably what I consider to be a design fault lol. Painting needs a lot to be desired, however it is clean, tidy and neat and the staff are friendly and helpful which is awesome.

The bathroom shower was so dirty and gross, both my partner and I chose not to shower. It was mouldy and unclean. It was also a cold night and the air-conditioner had a sign on it saying "please keep on cold and 24"... we even tried changing it to heat and it wouldn't let us. I couldn't sleep as it was so cold. Absolutely ridiculous for the price! The only thing I loved was the restaurant. That was 5+ stars. Friendly, and delicious food. We had both dinner and breakfast there.

Arrived to check in - no one was there in reception at all. Waited for a while until til the lady next to me who was also checking in actually rang the hotel for someone to come out. The room had a layer of dust and other people’s hair. You could see smudge marks from people’s fingerprints where the room wasn’t wiped over. Bathroom was filth, mould, hair and it quite frankly just wasn’t clean. I only stayed because I had a family function and needed accommodation. Phone was broken - I stayed in Room 44. Went and complained to reception and was told housekeeping would come and clean it up. No one came. Got the room and breakfast for free it was that bad but it wasn’t about the money. I went away with my family and kids and the room was foul. It was meant to be a great experience and weekend away. You can clearly hear people in the rooms next door as well. Don’t recommend at all.

Very nice location and very well managed hotel. It is right next to the historical light house and if on seaward side, can see it from the room window. It is easy to get on the walking track and on one side, walk to the lookout tower from where a nice view of the city and the ocean is visible. In the other direction on the track, can go to the rocky beach with many basalt rocks sticking out of the sand.
