The staff are friendly. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. Drinking water is available in a dispenser outside the room. The elevator is slow. Breakfast is limited but quite decent. Unfortunately the food at breakfast had hair on it. When this was conveyed to the staff at the restaurant, they were just stunned. Parking is also limited, you have to cross first, because parking is in the shophouse opposite.

The hotel was originally called Neo. We stayed there 20-30 times. However, it closed down due to the pandemic and was acquired by someone and renamed Horu.
The front desk lied to us that we had the same boss. After placing the order to Neo, Horu refused to acknowledge it.
They just ate up our room fee for one night and didn't refund it.
Is this how ***** rips off customers?
I was very angry that day! I will never stay there again!
