Nice hotel location good but services not great

Good location, clean , staffs are so nice and helpful . Will come back in my next trip

It was always fun to stay at this hotel during kid's holidays..

definitely stay here again take a room on the seventh or eighth floor with the garden balconies! they are great!

Pillows are too soft. need to have some firm pillow. location is central and integrated with malls.

The best thing of this hotel is that it is connected to the mall. And it's a huge mall so lots to see, eat and do. Rooms are the standard business rooms, nothing much to shout about. Service is as expected from any 5 star hotel. not extremely great. But we did feel the service of the lobby lounge crew was better than the reception staff. Also when we were checking out, we called for bell service but nobody piked up the call. We had to bring our luggage down to the lobby ourselves.

Absolutely amazing 👍 100% happy and satisfied with one of best hotels ever. Great staff - always helpful and smiling. Lounge is great and worth it !!! Super located with direct entrance to mall. Whole hotel so clean. I’ll be back - thank you for making it an unforgettable stay in Jakarta !

Location was superb. Food are great, though not so many varieties for a 5-star-hotel. I dont know about the protocols and the coordination among the staff, but it was kind of a mess.

Very clean and nice breakfast with lots of choices. Location is right next to Pondok Indah Mall, with direct access to the mall.
