Hotel Bidakara Jakarta Reviews

Decent local Indonesian Hotel. Upon checking in, I was told that the room category was fully booked but before I could protest, they said that they will upgrade me to a Junior Suite. Now, how is that for instant service recovery.....? The suite was cavernous with a separate living area and a large bedroom. The bathroom was well supplied with amenities and the big plus was the coffee machine in the livinging room which brewed excellent coffee. Breakfast was mostly local options and very decent. Service associates were very helpful and polite. Everyone seem very willing to helf. When I looked "lost" trying to figure out what to have for breakfast, one of the service associates came up to me and asked if I needed help and he bothered to explain what the various breakfast options were and even recommended to me his personal favourite. All in all, a great experience.

I changed the room and stayed one more day. I specially ordered breakfast (less than 50 RMB more). The breakfast was really good. The Indonesian taste was quite unique. It was good to try them all. At first I thought there was only a little in front of me, but then the waiter came to remind me that there was a buffet in the back. Because there were two breakfasts, I told her to pack one and just some bread after eating, and she really delivered it to my room. The service was great, but the room was old and the bathroom door was a bit broken.

A memorable short staycation, the hotel's location is very strategic, the parking access is spacious and easy, when checking in, you get a surprise by upgrading the room type, the kids love ice cream.. the room is spacious and has complete facilities, the TV is already a smart TV, I am very satisfied staying here, breakfast, complete choices.. the hotel is connected to the family mart office, cafes around the Bidakara office, even ordering food online, the lobby is friendly with couriers not far from the road
