The Loji Patra Kuningan

Was Misleading it states it has a kitchen but it doesn't say it was It was one kitchen shared with 30 other rooms also and it was in the basement car park Open planned made a complaint tried to rectify this but there wasn't forthcoming with any resolve was waiting for a answer but nothing until one of the members of staff approached us and Astors were when we was leaving. We were still looking and said that we would not have any refund and I stated I was waiting for them to get back to me, but they did not, the room is very small the linen on the beds was dirty and they provided a single quilt for a double bed which we resolve but they only gave us two single quilts for a double bed for two people was looking so forward to this hotel. Did all my research looked on the website looked on there information they provided but it's just really misleading and they don't provide the whole fax which you would want if you're coming as and miles you rely on the information hotel provides but this hotel because you very very minimal and misleading information. Please be aware, I would not recommend this hotel we never use the kitchen because of the problems with it being in the basement and we was on a high floor. If we had a fridge it would've been better. We couldn't even keep any water cool or anything and it states that they provide cooking items, but when we looked, they don't and if you use the fridge, you have to do an inventory in and out with items. Not what we expected, we booked we would not come here again. Most of the staff members are very nice and accommodatina. but unfortunately It did spoil our holiday with the issues with the kitchen if they say they have a kitchen, you would think they have a kitchen in the actual Accommodation but normally they would say shared kitchen or kitchen you would think you would have one to yourselves but obviously we've pointed this out to the members of staff and the management but I do not think they will amend the description of the property. We're not the only ones that were with us, but they don't want to speak. Out Thank you for reading
