I have never had that bad mouldy smell all over hotel. Should you commence major refurbishment asap. Towels were horrible. There were number of marks & too old ones they keep to use. Make-up sometimes too late to do
Staffs were extreme friendly & well attentive.

這是第二次入駐這個酒店，因為第一次入住的時候，體驗很好，所以這次又選擇了這個酒店。但是這一次的入住，讓我非常不滿意，我們入住的時候跟前台説了，我們要安靜一點的房間，因為有小孩和孕婦，結果前台給我們一個吸煙房，開始我們並不知道，結果入住一天後，房間各種煙味，我們覺得很奇怪，就打去前台，前台幫説我們除煙味，後來我們才知道我們入住的這一層都是吸煙房！為什麼要給小孩和孕婦安排吸煙層的房間，是故意的嗎？還是因為我是中國人？作為攜程黑鑽用户，我是第一次給一個酒店差評！以後應該不會再入住這個酒店，也不會推薦給朋友！！
