This hotel is located near the bus shelter and train station, so it is convenient for business travelers. The hotel ambiance is nice, warm, and bright. Overall breakfast was good with a lot of options, serving fresh salads and also tropical fruits such as rambutan and sawo, while it could be improved in terms of service consistency (serving time, availability of food). The room was clean, spacious, with all in-room facilities working well.

Their service was excellent..! Smooth check in n fast respon at the receptionist. The room actually big, but since the furniture inside were full so the space gettin narrow. I loved the atmosphere of the interior design of the lobby n at the room. Nice!

Service in breakfast with my family is very bad, when only my wife and my child breakfast not have help to take any food.

The hotel is positioned as 4*, but in fact it is not.
There was one hefty towel per person (for the hands, for the shower, and apparently for the face).
The room description included a coffee machine, which in fact was not there.
We were charged a deposit of 200,000 rupees upon check-in. I think this is not acceptable, the accommodation was paid for in advance by card and I would prefer that, IF NECESSARY, fines were deducted through the booking service from the card.
The room was very cold and damp. It smelled disgusting. Curtains, towels and bed linen are dirty and stained.
However, comfortable bed and pillows, good linens.
The breakfast is excellent, absolutely super.
The gym is tiny.
The pool is also tiny and uncomfortable.

Flexible shower water flow is not smooth, TV channels are not functioning properly. The bed sheets have stains. Hopefully the hotel management can revise and improve the above conditions
