Stayed for 6 nights as part of business in Jakarta. Room was pleasantly spacious with all the necessary amenities of a serviced apar**ent. Very good service from staff who tended to my daily laundry. My main grouse is the lack of a in-hotel restaurant and having to walk a long way out for dinners. It was also quite a hassle having to pre-order my breakfast every afternoon for the next day's delivery, and having packed breakfast every morning reminded me too much of my days in quarantine.

MY NEW YEAR NIGH**ARE IN CROWN PLAZA RESIDENCES GATOT SUBROTO JAKARTA I had a great night out in Jakarta, I had a great night in my Apar**ent few a few friends, but then the nigh**are began, at 02:30am the resident in the room next to me came and complained about music being too loud, I immediately shut down the music and apologized if I was making a disturbance to him, I soon after went to bed and my guests sat around and chatted quietly no music no noise, the resident again then came and complained again about noise and informed my guests he would bring his team! I was then woke from my sleep and told the Police was here and wanted me to open the safe in my room, the Police at this time there was 2 Police men standing over me while I was in bed!!! I opened the safe and asked them what they were looking for? They told me they were looking for *****! This had to be a joke as I have never taken a drug in my life or any of my friends (of course they found nothing) they continued the search in my bedroom and again found noting, I came to the living room and found more Police men going through all my personal items again they found nothing, we asked them for their ID and they refused to give there ID they would not let us take any photos of the search, they had no legal document to search my apar**ent, Crown Plaza Security stood by at this time and did nothing. The Police then harassed and proceed to take a urine sample from one of my guests and harass him trying to insist that he had taken *****, of course the result proved negative, the Police left my apar**ent with no reason no apology for the raid and harassment given to my guests. In the morning Crown Management came and apologized to me, but I am sorry to say no apology could ever help with what me and my guests went through on the early morning of the 01st Jan 2022, having been a long term resident in crown residences (over 1 year) I will be leaving the Crown Residences as this was harassment that was totally uncalled for. Very unhappy customer
