Located in Mega Kunigan away from the busy thoroughfares on Jalan Dr Satrio. Breakfast is surprisingly varied and good, items are rotated daily. Housekeeping is excellent and they even found my lost key and emailed me to inform me that the key has been found! The decor of the hotel interiors is a little dated but it’s maintained well. The gym is extremely functional and well equipped so kudos to the hotel for that.

Good services, very nice place for staycation with family.
I booked apartment deluxe two bedrooms, the room is spacious, clean, modern and lux interiors, kitchen equipment complete.
Breakfast menu not to many choices, need to improve the food variety.
But overall, love to stay in Oakwood Premier Cozmo 👍

Despite the excellent front desk staff, clean and comfortable room and location, the corridor on level 29 had an overpowering smell of smoke that seeped into my unit. After informing the front desk of the scent, housekeeping placed a deodoriser along the corridor. Unfortunately, the smell was still lingering along the corridor and our unit. It is very disappointing that a well-known international brand still offers smoking rooms, ruining an otherwise enjoyable experience. I hope the hotel management will look into this matter, as smoking in air-conditioned rooms is harmful to health.

What a pleasant stay! Room was big enough for two. Everything was provided. Service was excellent. Staffs were all helpful. They responded very fast anytime i needed something.
Food @ the restaurant during breakfast was pretty good. Overall a 5/5 stay! Thank you :)

Very happy with my stay there. Helpful the washing machine in room was good quality, useful for long business trip. Breakfast choice could have been wider, but overall would stay there again.

Location is good for work trip (near office) but seems far from everything else.

Generally things are all good about this hotel. Nice location, clean, friendly staff and decent breakfast.
However, I will only rate it a 1 star as the sound proof is extremely bad. I was in room 2210 for 3nights in jan23 and gosh, every night it felt like i was sleeping at street side with loud noises all over the place, people shouting, babies crying and car engines vroomimg. Its way too loud until almost midnight everyday. Had to take sleeping pills all 3 nights just to get some sleep. A good hotel is meant to privide a good night rest to guests so am afraid I had to rate this a 1 star and its probably the loudest hotel i have ever stayed.
