Nice rooms, with great bed and shower. The street is indeed noisy in the evening, but the superior room w. king size is facing the calm side so I still had a good sleep. A bit annoying was that the wifi was not so strong with my phone, and I always had to re-enter the password multiple times a day. The outside seating area and cafe downstairs is also very nice, the western food was not that good though and a bit pricy. Overall I would still totally stay again though if I want to be close to Blok M.

Always been my go-to place for healing or staycation in heart of South Jakarta. Located just in front of ayodya park which are SUPER STRATEGIC, just a couple of minutes away from MRT and hip places. My fave room is Taman Menteng room, the room which have the best view in front of ayodya park

My family was staying one night in family room and it was a great experience. We love the room arrangement and interior. At first we didnt expect the sofa bed to be very comfortable but turns out it is indeed. The amenities are also premium quality, and the location is great. Overall worth the price.

The house-hotel is located at a noisy road (up to wee hours in the morning, sounds of cars bikes (they provide ear plugs!!). there is a public lounge/cafe on ground floor that amplify the noise level as teh room is not sound proof at all. Lots of mosquitoes in the room - can't get a decent sleep for 2 nights - eventhough the hotel plugged in a mosquito repellent - didn't work. Toilet bowl not cleaned - poop stains from previous stay was not cleaned. I would not recommend this place.

It was great but we got room that located in front of the park and it was very noisy until 1-2 AM. The motorcycle, hawkers and tahu bulat kept running on the speaker. Suggest to avoid weekend or holiday during your stay here or ask for room that located far inside the hotel.

Located in the downtown area of ​​Block M, it is great for sightseeing in the city center. The large windows are very nice. The noise of motorcycles is a bit loud at night.

I have stayed here 2 nights. I’m so impressive. The boutique hotel vibes are so good. Look like Nordic style and the room was very big , clean and excellence service also easy to go anywhere around by walking also reasonable price

Had a very nice experience, the staff were really friendly & amazing. The location was good, lovely park right outside, very accessible. There was so much street food just around the corner! The decor is lovely and makes you feel calm. Beautiful garden and chill area for day time & evening.

its a pitstop from busy jakarta circuit, and the crew guarantee ur stay memorable, take ur leave on weakdays just to charge ur work fuel plus poin, they give u an earplug to makesure u get a deep sleep

I absolutely adore this guesthouse! The architectural style has a captivating post-colonial charm, and what makes it even more special is that they name their rooms after parks in Jakarta. The guesthouse itself is stunning, and the service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. One of the highlights was enjoying artisan tea in the garden, which was a truly refreshing experience for me. The amenities provided were comprehensive, and the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. I will definitely make a return visit in the future!

Amazing house turned to a cozy ambient hotel. It’s not your usual fancy hotel accommodation but it’s one welcoming quaint family house. The receptionist was very friendly and responsive. They even let me borrow their bicycle to roam around the city for free. Rooms were very neat and clean. I like the design of their toilets, post colonial and presenting local brands of soap that smells like spa. The cafe within the compound where you have breakfast is a lovely glasshouse, many people would be fond of taking instagram stories and tiktok posts. Overall, I would recommend it to a solo, couple, family travelling in Jakarta for 2-3 days
