amenities like slippers are missing in 1 room. hairdryer is missing in 2 rooms. When I called housekeeping to send hairdryer, they took 30mins and still did not arrive. I kept calling & they keep saying they're coming, but actually they cannot find any hairdryer. eventually I nearly late for my flight.

The master bedroom toilet has strong sewage smell. Housekeeping took action but the smell still persisted.

I didn’t feel the apartment was well organized and prepared for us. I had booked and paid in advance for 6 people but amenities, facilities (hairdryer and wifi not existing) and breakfast was served for 3 people. I just don’t like to keep asking front desk for things. Maybe if the space were not ready that day better to cancel my booking.

Spacious place for family staycation, complete kitchen equipment for cooking, my kids were very happy the pool was extraordinary, i can do working also at the executive lounge, walking distance to public place, great ambiance in the heart of Jakarta

Wonderfull place for staycation. The apartment design is very elegan and luxury. They have big room and its very confortable for family stay, the room have very complate items. The view very nice from our appartment. The have nice staff ..

A great short stay in south jakarta,nice apartment with great services. room facilities feel like at home my wife was really comfort with that and the building facilities also nice we can have a good swimming experience at night. last but not least all the staff are friendly and helpful

I have already stayed 3 times here with 3 bedrooms during lebaran. The facilities, and all of kitchen, bath, bed ware are still well maintained. The Location, price, parking, cleanliness are still good . the best apart hotel in jakarta so far

Such a good experience while stay at Oakwood, the room are very spacious with a good view also i like the swimming pool and the gym. The staff very kind and helpful. The place is very Strategic near with mall and Street food. Probably will be back again and reccomend to my friend

Great experience stay with my friend in 3 bedroom apartment for celebrating birthday party. The room is very spacious and clean. The facilities also very good and my favorite is swimming pool, also the staff is very kind and helpfull. Super reccomended!!!

Good Facilities and Beautiful view from our Room. and the important one is our kids love it♥️ they love the infinity pool and kids room😻 and my husband very enjoyed to use gym room 😂 so precious place to spend bounding moment with your family✨
