The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Jakarta Pacific Place

Comfrotable and great stay, nice lounge and enjpyed our stay

The location was excellant as it was on top a huge shopping mall, access to lots of food stores and transport. The business lounge was great with meeting rooms available for private appointments. The only issue I have with the hotel is that is cost 3 to 4x more than most 5 star hotels in Jakarta.

Good team work for Floor operation team. Service is excellent. They manage to provide/support all inquiries needed for the meeting. We have Zahra, Yuda, Dian and team on duty at that time who is giving full service. They reacted fastly and mindful of every details concerns coming from us. Keep the excellent service! And never be full.

Here for a special occasion, It was a definitely a wonderful experience especially from the start, Dendy, greeted us warmly and super friendly. Definitely recommending this to everyone and also surely coming back here to stay! Thanks so much!

It's a very pleasant stay at Ritz Carlton Pacific Place and nice meeting experience with Ms. Zahra assisting us at the meeting room. I was asked for oat milk for my coffee because I have lactose intolerant and she could provide it quickly. Coffee break, breakfast, lunch and dinner were taste very good! Would surely recommend Ritz Carlton Pacific Place to my colleagues.

Rarely write any review for anything but this time i had to do it because i had to appreciate those incredible hotel staff. Service is the secret sauce to every amazing stay. A hotel can have the most beautiful rooms, views, food, location but if the staff aren't on their game, it becomes unmemorable. Me and my friends visited the Ritz last week and were blown away by the all of the aforementioned including service. The concierge, Nadilla and Wahyu were both great when we were checked in. Indera and eenduy who helped to clean and execute our fresh lobster without us bother to ask deserves a shout out for being such a good anticipator. It is the little details and things that make a hotel stay memorable. Thank you so much again... I will definitely be back!! and also one of my japanese friend said that concierge boy indera body gesture are so polite to the japanese people... that is why my friend agreed when he asked for a picture of my friend, he bows countless times thanking us when it should be us who thanking him for his great dedications. My friend will definitely invite more of his friends to visit this hotel when they come to indonesia.
